Dear sir/madam,
Myself MD Saddam Hussain is a customer of Bank of India . as a customer I complaining I have some issue about account balance and transaction . suddenly, more than rs 200 debited from my account and I couldn't find out the matter . in 11 July 2023 I credited my account 900 rupees, then I debited 549 rs as online transaction. now my account balance showing only 59 rupees . how it's possible statement also not showing correct. I also attached my statement PDF with this mail .

Why is this money deducted from my account. I want my money back. And earlier also it has happened.
So please look into this and return my money back.

Bank of India deducted NACH RTN charges Rs 295 This was also happened in Why Bank deducted these Charges while my account has sufficient balance both time.4 time debited my account.
Please request this charges be stop 🙏

I have a Product Loan(TV) from Bajaj and the EMI deducted 2nd of every month.
In July month, at 2nd July 2023 EMI deducted from my account.
After the EMI Duduct also I have sufficient balance in my Account at given EMI date But Bank of India deducted NACH RTN charges Rs 295 at 3rd JULY 2023.
Bank deducted these Charges while my account has sufficient balance durind the EMI Period and after the EMI period also.

My self Mr Suraj Siddhe I am account holder of Bank of India at yari road branch. We had applied for the gold loan from the mentioned bank and last month dated 19/04/2023 we have already paid the gold loan amount and were in process of receiving the gold but since last many days we are just visiting the bank and are unable to get out gold back the officials in the bank are just giving the excuses such as concerned person is unavailable and so on...Even today dated 23/5/2023 we have visited the branch twice but same reply is been given by the bank officials...kindly let us get our gold back.

Please refund my deduction amount which was 3-4 times deduct from my BOI account through NACH TRF RTN kindly refund my whole amount which was deduct as soon as possible.

Hello sir.
I have bank account in bank of india. On may 4th they charged me nach Rtn charges 23 times in single day one time Nach Rtn charge is 295 ruppes. They charges me 23 times in one day which is 6785 thousand ruppes. This completely unacceptable please help sir so far they have charged me around 50-60 thousand ruppes. Please sir help

When i went to bank of india polpully palakkad kerala branch on 6/5/23 at about 1250 hours to deposit some soiled notes (not for exchange as displayed there) they refused to take the same ( i was having some 10, 20, 50 & 100 rupee notes and some ten rupee coins). the cashier who was sitting at the counter at that time, was telling there is some limitation to accept soiled notes. i do not think 1870/- is not a big amount for bank of india. please note that i am having relation with bank of india for quite some time now and this is the first time that i had to make a complaint, .

I had ordered a mobile phone through Vivo.com on 11-04-23. The cost was rupees 29999. The mode of payment was through BOI debit card. The product was cancelled and Vivo issued my refund on 24 April 2023.
