[Resolved] Bank Of India — money debited through debit card but not credited to kotak 811 account | |
Dear sir on 3 march 2018 i had added rs10000 to my kotak 811 account through my bank of india debit card. The amount was debited from my bank of india account but was not credited to my kotak 811 account. The error i had recieved after completing the payment was "we encountered an internal error". I am attaching my bank statement below. Below details are for further checks : 1. Bank name - bank of india 2. Email id:-aziz786.[protected]@gmail.com 3. Contact no:-[protected] 4. Mode of payment :- debit card 5. Card first four digits:-4598 Card last four digits:-6471 6. Bank statement:-attached below 7. Transaction date:-3/3/18 8. Transaction amount:-10000rs 9.
