I deposited a cheque on 04-06-19 to transfer from my current account to my savings account as bank could not provide me internet banking although i applied for internet banking on[protected]. I suffered a loss in business of rs. 1050/-. Bank returned the cheque on[protected] with a note that “ signature not as per bank’s guide lines”
My husband retired as a senior branch manager so far i know that the signature is as per banking practice as because
A) the cheque leaf itself presents the printed name of my firm.
B) the cheque leaf printed as “ please sign above” and signature has been done as per guide line.
C) at present scenario, no rubber stamp of proprietary firm requires as because the requirements of rubber stamp printed on the cheque leaf. Was this information helpful? |
