[Resolved]  ICICI Bank, Vikhroli Branch — Unauthorised Debit & Credit

Dear Sir,

I have recently contacted ICICI bank for a credit and a debit transaction that occured on the Salary Account without my knowledge.

Upon contacting the bank, the branch manager and the staff have not at all been helpful with getting the issue resolved.

They have made me run around in circles contacting my company finance department, back and forth.

They have no valid explanation about the transactions and refuse to assist with an SLA by when it should be sorted.
