[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Worst service, No Problem - Please do not harass customers

I had applied for home property loan which was converted into home loan forcibly by ICICI bank people. The case took 7 months but the loan was not disbursed. I lost almost 50 thousand rupess in phone calls, documents franking and other formalities and lost the property deal too. I got rude answers from their credit manager who is not worth working in service industry. Her name is Mrunalini Rokade (mobile No.[protected])

I got home loan in 1 month from Citibank without any hassale.

Please find below the response of ICICI customer service manager after my complaint and several corresponndece for more than a month.
