[Resolved] ICICI Merchant Services — GPRS EDC Machine not working for 14 days | |||
Our ICICI GPRS EDC Machine has not been working for the past 14 days and all efforts from our side to have icici fix it are in vain. complaint - 20134zq2005 There is no sense of customer care and all responsible people ignore calls / give false promises of getting it fixed "today". The wonderful customer care are so damn idiotic that the only thing they can respond is "we've forwarded the request to concerned dept and they will respond back" - Who the hell is this concerned dept - they have no clue, nor they have contact details IF anyone is looking at these complaints from icici, i hope they stand up and resolve the issues. my honest advice to all prospective merchants is to never take icici merchant service's help in setting up your payment solution, because they have no damn care about your business...
