[Resolved]  ICICI Paydirect Card — DISCREPANCY IN OTHER BANK ATM WITHDRAWAL

I tried to withdraw an amount of Rs 8000/- from SBT ATM on 31/10/2012 time 07.19pm ( atm id S10B[protected] by using my ICICI Paydirect Card(card no [protected]).But I have not recieved the amount & the same amount debited to my account.I have complained the same to ICICI bank,pattom Branch,Trivandrum on the next day ( 01/11/2012 ).We have got the information from the branch that it will take 11 working days to re-credit the same.As per the RBI Rules,It should not take more than 7 days.Kindly look into the matter URGENT & do the needful
