Dear sir,
Good Day, I am an ex-service man currently at sea near Cape Town in South Africa.
Today on 23rd Jun evening I tried to top up my wife's mobile bearing no +[protected] belonging to BSNL in Kerala circle. The top was done through Oxypay which is available in State Bank of India's (SBI) net banking site.
The top up procedure was un successful and the amount Rs.2000/-(Two Thousand only) was deducted from my account.
Many times I tried to send mail to [protected]@myoxygencom from where I used to get confirmation reports of successful recharges and top ups. But the complaint could not be delivered to the said address. I also send a complaint to Customer care of State Bank of India mentioning the details of transaction.

kindly you are requested to take necessary steps to reimburse the amount or to top up the mobile. I also request you to give directives to Oxypay to publish their customer care details or grievance handling procedures along with the oxypay icon.
