State Bank of India — Credit Card Service
I have a credit card of an SBI bank and i reside in Faridabad. I had to submit my bill of the credit card for the month of Septmenber'07. As there is no drop box available in Faridabad I could not drop my cheque. I called your customer care too many times but I am not able to understand why your customer care executives do not take the calls seriously. They have not given me any solution and due to this I had to drop my cheque at the Badarpur border branch of SBI. The cheque was still not cleared and now the bank is asking me for a fine for which I am really not responsible.
I had even called up your executive at my office to collect the cheque but had a very cold response. If this is the kind of service SBI is providing to its customers I have to say this that i am in no mood to continue with SBI bank.I guess I should switch to any private who have atleast a good cutomer service. Please give me a positive response wih a solution and above all the reson why the customer cares executives are not responding.
I dont want any system generated solutions as you have done before.
