Sharing one of my worst experience withe SBI. I am utilizing thee SBI mobile banking facility. I tried recharging my mobile on 16the March 2013 but transactions got failed. I raised 2 request on SBI CMS page (SBI CMS) but both the time my request was resolved without communicating me. This is really frustrating. Can't these guys directly contact the user for details or to provide resolution ???. We just get an sms that your request has been closed, Please contact the CC to get details. The customer Care of SBI is Worst. you have to wait for a long to time to get response. Wake up. SBI, your competitors are providing much better service. It's my Bro who asked me to open an account in your Branch. Let it be , I don’t want to discuss it any more. Transaction Date : 16the March 2013 transactions ID of both the recharges are. 1.
