Complaint id : 1960611 Suborder no : 50827083 Suborder no : 50827084 Order no : 12654646 SMS Txn# : 903696 Date - 20/10/2020 Time - 12:32:20.0 Payment mode : SBI debit card Amount deducted, but money not refunded. Current status showing Your order is in Payment Declined state. I called Bata customer care many times, they said they didn't received the amount, the amount will be refunded within 48 hours. Its been almost 10 days, the amount not received. The amount deducted from my bank account is : 585.25 Please help to get my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||
Oct 30, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Right after posting here, I got my money back. Thank you Consumercomplaints.in. Though they did not return the loyality point but at least I got the my money back. Not going to pay online again from this site. Bata India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
