Bata India — bata return or refund policy | |||
This is regarding nonsense policy bata has on return & refund. I bought hush puppies sandal paying 3500 which gave up stitching in a week. Surprisingly for such expensive product only 3 months warranty, no service at all. Now per policy no refund, exchange in same store which don't have other collection. No credit note to buy later. Isn't it unfair? When they don't keep up to promise (Quality of the product) with such exorbitant price tag. What right do such companies have to enforce that you have to buy from same store and shabby products? This is not a case of "am not happy or i didn't like kind" - the product is bad and they don't have anything good. All of their people hide behind the policy (Nonsense policy) and what can they do too? Overall bata has become money mongers with such policy and not keeping up to quality promised. Finally you lost a customer which may not matter now but am foreseeing bata too won't have free run like this with one sided policy. Was this information helpful? | |||

We purchased hush puppies sandals on 24 Mar 2021 at pacific mall dehradun. My husband tried a sandal in one leg to check the size and we got it packed. After coming back to Rishikesh we saw that the colour of the sandals are different. I cannot go to dehradun again. I want to return the sandals and want my money back.
