Respected sir,
With due respect, i like to inform that my father sri jahar lal paul is a vrs retared person holder. He was worked in bata india limited. He retired in 2015, and he also get pension regularly till 2018 december.
Unfortunately in the starting of 2019, he can't receive any kind of pension money. He also met in pension office and they take thair formality but till now no money receive in those 4 month (Jan-aprl). They not tell further information.

    I have made an order for a shoe through bata mobile shopping app on 07/03/2019.
    They informed that the order cancelled and refund credited in 3-5 working days through email on 15/03/2019.But the refund not received yet. Their customer service center no respond to my email about the refund. I have already send more than 7 emails to them.
    Order details attached.

      I had called up bata customer care. When enquired about the loyalty points, they had promised to give 50 lps as i was given false information at store that these points can only be redeemed in multiples of 50. Now these bata customer care people are not giving what they promised. This is cheating on behalf of bata india. Really shameful that they are not giving these points. My complaint number is 15226xx.
      Bata India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      I was promised that I would be given 50 LPs as I was given false information. Now, they are saying that there is some system issue so they cannot give those points now. Such a big company and systems not working! Please help me in getting those promised 50 loyalty points.

        bata return or refund policy

        This is regarding nonsense policy bata has on return & refund. I bought hush puppies sandal paying 3500 which gave up stitching in a week. Surprisingly for such expensive product only 3 months warranty, no service at all. Now per policy no refund, exchange in same store which don't have other collection. No credit note to buy later. Isn't it unfair?

        When they don't keep up to promise (Quality of the product) with such exorbitant...

        My order number 12276336 and 12276869 . I raised complaints for cancellations and refund but not reflected in my account.. Many times I raised complaints through Bata.in customer support and not resolved still now. It has been a month.. If stock can’t update properly in website and no provision of cancellation in your website, it is worst..

        Keep on wasting customers time and poor quality of product delivery means lead to spoil brand name and customer trust on company. Please resolve and refund for my order..

        The worst experience I have ever had
        I went to Bata show room, the helper was pressuring me to shop as quick as possible, though I was trying to make it soon, she was pushing me out of the shop at 9.30 pm because she had some work and she had to leave.
        She could have told her manager rather than pushing the customer out.

          I bought a shoes from bata showroom and i was not happy with the shoes and with-in 4 hrs i went back to the showroom to return it but the guy was very rude and didnt take it i said i will buy other product but he still didnt want to accept my request it. Even thought the product was cheap but they should learn some manner to talk. They cannot be so unprofessional. I gave them my shoes for free and left the showroom.             I booked a pair of shoes through www.bata.in on[protected] with a delivery time of 4-5 working days. The order no. Was 12281628 and i made an online payment. As it was not delivered so called their toll free no. To be intimated that the order got rejected. If they cannot deliver shoes than why they display shoes, take order and payment and not bother to inform the order stands cancelled. Shame on bata, such a dubious business practice you are in. I feel cheated.

              I was provided false information, that while shopping at a bata store, points can only be redeemed in multiples of rs. 50. Fact is that we can redeem any number of points above rs. 50. I lodged a complaint on phone and email. They promised me that i will be given lps but it is now more than two weeks and i still have not got any lps. Every time i call them they say that i will get the 50 promised loyalty points but till now i have not got any points. This is cheating on behalf of bata. Request you to please issue promised lps. This is very bad of bata.

              I am a distraught customer as I ordered Bata shoes (order no.[protected] through online and paid upfront the amount as they promised to deliver within 5 days. after numerous complaints and assurance finally being informed by the call centre after 25 days that the order has been rejected. Shame on Bata. If you cannot deliver why cheat customers.

                Order placed from dadar outlet and which got delivered at residence. Shoes got tear in just 2 use. Cc team gave option to replace from nearest outlet however there was no stock available in first outlet and other outlet asked me to kept shoes for pasting and pick up post 3 to 4 days. Spending the money on branded shoes and accepting it with pasting solution was not acceptable. I called cc team for refund however there is no refund policy in bata. (Foolish) when i launched complaint on social medie then i got commitment that the product will be picked within 3 days and replacement will be arranged. Now its been 10 days but no response.

                  Third class bata company.
                  This is to inform you that i purchased one formal bata black shoes which on first use my feet were always now i always thinks weather i have to wear them or not infact i wear it only twice due to which i am consulting to a doctor its worstest experience i had ever been through. Poor response customer care.
                  The shoe was purchased from uttam nagar east bata showroom.

                  At the time of purchase your store executive said that it will get changed if there is some issues but nobody is replying now.

                  Bata is cheating to their customers.

                  My shoes is in warranty but when I complain to repair the shoes they are not doing so and only wasting my time. My complain no is 1492485. Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                    On 01st instant i have purchased a sandak sandal and i opted to pay by my debit card on uco bank and as i was informed by the cashier of the store that the card is declined twice. Alternatively, i had given different card (Sbi) against which the transaction got through and received invoice receipt as stated above. Strangely but not surprising to me on checking the mobile message a single debit on my uco bank card for rs.399/- is received and at the same time for sbi card also and immediately i pointed out the matter and the manager came and informed that within a couple of hours the amount will be credited back to my a/c. And, again after 2 hours, i had been to the store and told them that no refund of has been credited for the duplication of your charging from your pos machine. As no refund is forthcoming to my account, i have gone today to my both the banks and updated my pass book and to my utter surprise in my uco bank a/c. Shows a debit of rs.399/-. From the above statement of myself, it is having a clear evidence that an extra/additional of amount of rs. 399/- wrongfully charged to my for no fault of me. And, accordingly, i phoned up the store manger and pointed out the deficiency in your service and requested for refund.in reply, your store manger was not at all polite in proper reply to my satisfaction. Although, the amount is pittance, but, as matter of on principle i shouldn't get cheated from a company of your repute.

                    In view of the above, may i request your good self to comply at an early date as 4 days has already lapsed.

                    We purchased items vide invoice no. CM[protected] and CM[protected]. I purchased items on which discount was available but the shop regulator denied to provide the discount qouting the reasons that being separate different invoice number. It is to add here that the purchases of goods were made at the same time.

                      Hi Purchased a shoes on 11 November 2018 and used shoes for around 2 months and it has damaged from all ends such a cheap quality product. I want my money back.

                        I am using bata products from my childhood coz my parents having trust on bata products but this time i’m very disappointed with this. I baught bata shoe online from flipkart worth rs. 1799/-, in start it was really comfortable but slowly it’s sole becoming slippery even i was using it on a smooth surface coz i’m working in a five star hotel then also the sole got totally damaged then finally i decided to complain here with this hope...

                        Had visited aurangabad & bought for me a pair of hush puppy sandals for about rs. 3, 000/- (Don’t remember the actual price or date).
                        In less than a year the sandals gave way.
                        I showed the shop staff, the devastating state of the sandals, where the entire top portion was separated from the sole, they were not cooperative at all, which is quite appalling!!
                        They gave me a complaint number 677163, as mentioned in the subject line & informed me that they would follow up the matter with an email & sms message after taking down my details, till date i have not heard from the customer service.

                            1. I bought bata shoes from your retail outlet at lower bazar shimla (Hp) on 25 jan 2019 for a sum of rs 1499/- alongwith a shiner for rs 99/- by swapping my debit card.

                            2. It is to inform you that i was shocked when i experienced that the quality shoes of a reputed firm like bata were torn from the bottom into three pieces within two weeks of their purchase.

                            3. I rushed to the retail outlet and they asked me to lodge complaint through a toll free number given by the retailer.

                            4. I lodged complaint no 1478085 on 16 feb 2019 and i was assured by your representative that my grievances will be resolved within three working days and i will receive a mail on my email id - [protected]@gmail.com.

                            5. Five days have been lapsed, however, no response is forthcoming from your end. I have again called on 20 feb 2019 but still in vain. You are therefore requested to kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

                            How many times I have to update it or request you ? Kindly forward me a copy of bill to enable me to replace my defected/inferior shoes at the earliest and resolve the complaint accordingly.

                              I bought a a pair of shoes a month ago from bata showroom.. I tried it before buying i didn’t face an problem at that time but when i actually started using it on the first day, after some time of wearing it started itching a lot on my ankles and the whole day i had a severe pain.. And the skin from ankles was bitten very badly... I can’t believe how a reputed company like bata can cheat customers like this... I have never faced such problems in other companies

                                As a regular customer of hush puppies since 2006, i am very much sad in experiencing this colour fading issue for the sandals i have bought before 2 months... The major issue was the colour faded after two weeks from the date of purchase. The model code f the product is[protected]. The reason for my choice of this piece was my attraction to the colour. Kindly make a note of the issue and make some satisfactory replies as soon as possible....

                                One staff behaved with rude and they charged rs.3 extra from me for asking the same no one gives proper reply, i an regular customer since 15 years i never faced this type insult. The tax invoice no.2079 date 14/19 in this way is proper to fill the receipt with out month.
                                If not provide satisfaction reply i will go to consumer court for my mental agony

                                  My order number is 12255527 i paid through paytm after 2days i got a call from bata saying that article is out of stock it's been 2months i didn't receive my money. I complain them more than 30 times. They said u will get u r refund with in 2 days but no use i didnt get my refund yet. Even mailed my bank details also now they r saying they refunded but transaction was failed. Hate customer service. They dont talk properly
