On 01st instant i have purchased a sandak sandal and i opted to pay by my debit card on uco bank and as i was informed by the cashier of the store that the card is declined twice. Alternatively, i had given different card (Sbi) against which the transaction got through and received invoice receipt as stated above. Strangely but not surprising to me on checking the mobile message a single debit on my uco bank card for rs.399/- is received and at the same time for sbi card also and immediately i pointed out the matter and the manager came and informed that within a couple of hours the amount will be credited back to my a/c. And, again after 2 hours, i had been to the store and told them that no refund of has been credited for the duplication of your charging from your pos machine. As no refund is forthcoming to my account, i have gone today to my both the banks and updated my pass book and to my utter surprise in my uco bank a/c. Shows a debit of rs.399/-. From the above statement of myself, it is having a clear evidence that an extra/additional of amount of rs. 399/- wrongfully charged to my for no fault of me. And, accordingly, i phoned up the store manger and pointed out the deficiency in your service and requested for refund.in reply, your store manger was not at all polite in proper reply to my satisfaction. Although, the amount is pittance, but, as matter of on principle i shouldn't get cheated from a company of your repute.

In view of the above, may i request your good self to comply at an early date as 4 days has already lapsed.

We purchased items vide invoice no. CM[protected] and CM[protected]. I purchased items on which discount was available but the shop regulator denied to provide the discount qouting the reasons that being separate different invoice number. It is to add here that the purchases of goods were made at the same time.

    Hi Purchased a shoes on 11 November 2018 and used shoes for around 2 months and it has damaged from all ends such a cheap quality product. I want my money back.

      I am using bata products from my childhood coz my parents having trust on bata products but this time i’m very disappointed with this. I baught bata shoe online from flipkart worth rs. 1799/-, in start it was really comfortable but slowly it’s sole becoming slippery even i was using it on a smooth surface coz i’m working in a five star hotel then also the sole got totally damaged then finally i decided to complain here with this hope...

      Had visited aurangabad & bought for me a pair of hush puppy sandals for about rs. 3, 000/- (Don’t remember the actual price or date).
      In less than a year the sandals gave way.
      I showed the shop staff, the devastating state of the sandals, where the entire top portion was separated from the sole, they were not cooperative at all, which is quite appalling!!
      They gave me a complaint number 677163, as mentioned in the subject line & informed me that they would follow up the matter with an email & sms message after taking down my details, till date i have not heard from the customer service.

          Sir,
          1. I bought bata shoes from your retail outlet at lower bazar shimla (Hp) on 25 jan 2019 for a sum of rs 1499/- alongwith a shiner for rs 99/- by swapping my debit card.

          2. It is to inform you that i was shocked when i experienced that the quality shoes of a reputed firm like bata were torn from the bottom into three pieces within two weeks of their purchase.

          3. I rushed to the retail outlet and they asked me to lodge complaint through a toll free number given by the retailer.

          4. I lodged complaint no 1478085 on 16 feb 2019 and i was assured by your representative that my grievances will be resolved within three working days and i will receive a mail on my email id - [protected]@gmail.com.

          5. Five days have been lapsed, however, no response is forthcoming from your end. I have again called on 20 feb 2019 but still in vain. You are therefore requested to kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

            I bought a a pair of shoes a month ago from bata showroom.. I tried it before buying i didn’t face an problem at that time but when i actually started using it on the first day, after some time of wearing it started itching a lot on my ankles and the whole day i had a severe pain.. And the skin from ankles was bitten very badly... I can’t believe how a reputed company like bata can cheat customers like this... I have never faced such problems in other companies

              colour fading issue in product 863-9904-2999

              As a regular customer of hush puppies since 2006, i am very much sad in experiencing this colour fading issue for the sandals i have bought before 2 months... The major issue was the colour faded after two weeks from the date of purchase. The model code f the product is[protected]. The reason for my choice of this piece was my attraction to the colour. Kindly make a note of the issue and make some satisfactory replies as soon as possible....

              One staff behaved with rude and they charged rs.3 extra from me for asking the same no one gives proper reply, i an regular customer since 15 years i never faced this type insult. The tax invoice no.2079 date 14/19 in this way is proper to fill the receipt with out month.
              If not provide satisfaction reply i will go to consumer court for my mental agony

                My order number is 12255527 i paid through paytm after 2days i got a call from bata saying that article is out of stock it's been 2months i didn't receive my money. I complain them more than 30 times. They said u will get u r refund with in 2 days but no use i didnt get my refund yet. Even mailed my bank details also now they r saying they refunded but transaction was failed. Hate customer service. They dont talk properly

                  The “bata review team” got scared of just a small bata store manager. He called them up and made up his own story about replacement and embarrassed me in front of his colleagues. Now, just beacuse of his ego, my case of discoloration and breaking of sole of shoes is being rejected.
                  And all they have is a single mail to contact them.
                  Shame on bata as a company if they keep getting scared of some store manager.
                  Fyi you just lost 11 customers from my family.
                  Good luck getting scared in future till the company is left with 0 customers and then you wonder what’s the reason!

                  I’ve already sent 3 emails to the email id and no action has been taken till date, whether its regarding the replacement matter or whether action against the store manager. I’m provided with a new complaint number every time I send a new email and the old complaint number is marked as resolved even though the old problem still persists.
                  Don’t try to fool me or anyone.
                  I haven’t recieved a single call from your side regarding this matter even when I’m told that I’ll get a call when there’s an update to the matter.
                  Please don’t be scared of a petty and disrespecting store manager.

                    I had ordered a insole chappal during the offer period between 25th to 27th jan 2019 at 70% offer. There were offers o[censored]pto 74% during the offer period.
                    After six days they have send a message that the item is not available and hence they have initiated a refund.
                    Also during the two days of online offer period, most of the 70% and plus offer items could not be ordered as we could not click on the sizes.
                    It seems it is a deliberate attempt by some bata personnel to book and receive the sale items by some contorted means and not allow the other customers to log in and buy the products.

                      I purchased power men's xorise genesis from bata showroom in baner. They charged me rs 3999. See the attached bill.

                      When i checked the same shoes online, to my surprise, i found that they are being sold at rs 3299 on amazon.in by power themselves. Here is the link:

                          Dear sir,
                          I would like to state that, i purchased a sandal bata comfit for my wife on 10th october 2018 from bata shop at sitabuldi main road nagpur.
                          I purchased this sandal for my wife who is suffering from corn below the foot. But astonishingly the same got damaged during the month of november18 itself. Since i was at bangalore, i could not make any complain as i was not knowing the procedure of complaint. I visited bata shop at sitabuldi on 15th january 2019 who advised to make complain at customer care.
                          The sole of the sandal got cracked of one and the other's side lining torn and became unusable. As regular customer of your product i have never come across such a problem and i have not retained the cash memo also. Even though your product is little bit costly, people are purchasing as you are maintaining quality standards and durability. This time the quality of the material and workmanship is not maintained for the same. Ian giving the photograph of the same. The sandal is bata comfit code no.571-3154 gpr 0518
                          Now i will request you to do the needful to go through the same and arrange for the replacement.

                            Reversal pickup was done on 14.1 for the product with respect to which i was given assurance of the size availability.
                            Unfortunately the product got out of the stock and from that onwards the company is so reluctant enough to proceed with the refund amount due.
                            It is highly disappointing to know that first executive don't know about the availability of product at warehouse and then for the refund this compnaay takes the maximum days.
                            Highly disgusting for the exchange policy.
                            Worst i would say. I have never seen anyone taking more than 14 days to refund for the product for which i have lodged complaint five times.

                              I have been calling numerous time since 8th of jan i always hear a same old story wait for 48 hrs you’ll shipment will be delivered. How many 48hrs are there in bata calendar since 8th of jan 19? My order was placed on 29th jan 2019. Is this how bata operates? I have sent 2 mails but no reply from bata. Customer always say we hace escalated my case and to wait for 48 hrs. I had asked for call back but no one called me.

I was told asked that their executive will visit and pick-up the shipment in maximum of 3 days but its been 9 days nobody have came to pick it up. Every time i call customer support of bata india.                                   With a very expectation and belief only, i purchased this brand with an intention to have a comfortable an durable usage of the item. But on contrary, the item got damaged within a period of about 6-7 months. The product details are given below:

                                  Photographs and credit card statement thru which payment made on 16.4.18 were forwarded to your customer service and reference number 1372636 was allotted to me.

                                  The complaint was lodged in november 2018 but till date the issue is not resolved.

                                  The agency had not given any proper computerised bill and one hand made bill was given, which is not traceable now. However, payment was made through credit card on 16.4.2018, a copy of which was also forwarded to your customer service email id. A considerable time has elapsed; but the problem still remains unsettled.

                                  I request you to kindly look into the matter and arrange for replacement of the costly item.

                                    Dear team,

                                    I have taken new shoe from bata india showroom - thnane viviana mall of 3500 cost. But shoe upper layer has removed. Now bata helpdesk is saying that we will give replacement 50% which is totally injustice as within 4 months found their product faulty and insisting customer to pay 50 %.

                                    Earlier rainy shoe taken from bata india showroom - mulund where 100% replacement given due to faulty in their product. But now again shown their product image by mail saying 50% which is not satisfied solution for me.

                                    Request to intervene and do the needful.

                                    And if layer remove within 4 months period. I am only using for jogging purpose and if it become faulty

                                    I have taken bata sport shoe cost 3500/- in sept 2018 second week approx 15 or 16th sept. 2018 which found faulty as upper layer of shoe removed due to which i can't use shoe now.

                                    Request you to provide alternative solution for the same asap. I have already replaced bata shoe earlier 1500 in sept 2018 and paid additional 2000 and went to sport shoe because i am very old customer of bata from more than 15 yrs. And believe in bata product compare to others. But unfortunately again disappointment.

                                    Hence request to resolve my problem asap.
