Dear Sir/Madam, I have been a regular customer of Bata. I purchased Hush Puppies earlier. But the recent purchase of mine was really a dissatisfying one. On July 20th 2016, 8:40 PM, I bought Power shoes[protected], not within 3 months, the sole getting separated. As I was promised by Bata showroom during purchase about replacement warranty, I approached them, but only to get disappointed - coz they denied to replace the product. I would be highly obliged If you could help me here to replace my product. I also bought sandals in the same purchase. I didn't get this in any offer. Have purchase one chappal for my kid on the end of Aug'16, which got torn on 11/10/16. Want a replacement for it.
