I have purchased 2 pair of shoes (Black & Brown) around 6 months back from authorized Bata Outlet at Diamond Plaza, Jessore Road, Kolkata, worth Rs.1799 & Rs.1999 respectively.
I hardly wore the shoed 2-3 times each, which you will be able to understand after looking at the condition of the shoes.
Both the shoes I hope were defective so the leather shrinks and texture part is pealing and coming out and there went a lot of wrinkles. The sole on ankle part of shoes also comes out from one of my Black pair of shoes.
I felt pride wearing Bata shoes, It was very embracing when such was noticed by one of my friend.
So therefore I went to your showroom for replacing my shoes, but they are demanding for bill of my shoes and my bill lost by me.
Sir I am a costumer of BATA Shoes from a long time and have a good faith on you, please provide me the solution of my problem as soon as possible.
Kindly guide me how can I get replacement of shoes, as I had specially gone to buy quality shoes from BATA Shop.
