We have been using Hush Puppies products since last 7 years. We are a loyal customer of Hush Puppies as well as Bata Products. We are extremely disappointed with the product that we bought and actually turned out to be a defective one and it is really frustrating to know that you are sticking to your policy and not considering customer's disappointment in your brand's functionality. It really hurts to buy a Rs 5000 worth of sandals just to find out after 2-3 months that they are breaking off and the comfort that was felt during the time of buying the product is completely gone. We did not pay for such a pathetic quality and we have lost our trust in Hush Puppies and Bata. Although the sole broke off in 2 months, we thought it was a small problem but it continued to increase over next few months and we faced more and more issues with the product leaving no doubt that it was a defective one.

This indifferent behaviour of your customer complaint office will force us to go against the brand and spread the voice of how unreliable the company can be and how you really don't bother to provide after sales replacement and just stick to your policies.

We did not expect the company of the repute of Bata to show such disrespect and indifference to a 7 year old loyal customer. We request you to take this matter seriously and expect a positive response failing which you might force us to take a legal recourse.

I am attaching some pictures of the sandal state to give you an idea of what a Rs.5000 sandals look like in 5 months. It has been in worse state.

    Dr. Scholl's Shoe sole is torn badly. It's just been 7 months. I need a free sole replacement. The shoe was bought from Bata-India-Kolkata-Gariahat. It was bought on July, 2015. Will be waiting for your reply.

      01-12-15/1/0008. and price 1999.They gave warranty for 2 month.but shoe showing defects after 2 month.and when i return they told me only for 2 month they take risk.

        I had purchase a article with discount (Product name : 50097659 and order ID:[protected] from Bata online portal on 14.02.2016 . They took my order and i completed the payment also. But after two days they mailed me to refund my money in my account due unavailability of the article. My question is that if the article was not present, then they were showing on online portal and allowed for purchase and transaction of money. I want same article with discount when it is available.

          Defective — replacement

          I have purchased 2 pair of shoes (Black & Brown) around 6 months back from authorized Bata Outlet at Diamond Plaza, Jessore Road, Kolkata, worth Rs.1799 & Rs.1999 respectively.
          I hardly wore the shoed 2-3 times each, which you will be able to understand after looking at the condition of the shoes.
          Both the shoes I hope were defective so the leather shrinks and texture part is pealing and coming out and there went a lot of wrinkles....

          I bought a shoe(Indian Size 10/ Grey color) (article no. 8082445) from Bata showroom. It torn from backside within just 15 days. I claim my warranty & handover it to the same showroom. They didn't give me any satisfied feedback till 2 months & after that they give me the same shoe but in different color with an excuse that "the color & size which you want is not in stock in our showrooms in all over Mumbai, so you just keep this shoe." Since that day I am still waiting for the shoe which is not come till the date in any of Bata showroom.
          How much time the Bata company will take for a that?
          Bata company make only single piece of Indian size 10?

            Bought a shoes from Bata at Pheniox mall bangalore. It was with a light . Picked it on 14 Feb 2016 when i got it home the lights were not working . When i took it back the person there said there is not waranty for the lights . Agree it was mentioned in the piece but this was not even used.

            The sales person agrees most of the shoes came with this defect . The pairon the rack was also with one working and the other not working . Why does Bata come out with a flash light shoe when they cannot manage the quality. Want a replacement for the same .

              11Feb2016: Have redeemed a physical gift voucher of 500 rupees and made a purchase of 1702 rupees. The wrong bill was produced and total 500 plus 1700 credit card transaction was done. Now the store says can not cancel transaction and for the correction of bill have to visit the store again. Instead of payment they are asking again to visit for correction and also the transaction will not be changed as the voucher is now redeemed. Was in a urgency and did not visit store.

REDTAPE Lee Cooper.I purchase new shoes Article No. 824-6224 On 27 Dec 2015 from your Bata Showroom M/s Krishna Footwear’s plot No.26 Veena Enclave and rattan park main Rohtak Road opp. Metro Piller No.430 Nangloi, Delhi 110041via cash Slip No-5230 Cost 1699/ leather shoes. They told me that there is 2 month replacement Warranty of Sole of shoes. In less than 20 days My Left Led Shoes Pasting has Worn off.i have just ignored the beginning expecting it to be a small issue, but Later few days I was shocked to a big crack in the both Sole of my shoes. I told the showroom they straight away denied for any replacement. (Though Bata claims of 100% replacement for major manufacturing defects in it’s so called policy).
                i highly upset with bata please don't Buy Bata Products, they used very low class material.

                  I bought bata chappal in, 4 lane brodipet bata show room1 and half month ago. When i went to show them the poor quality of chappal One of the employee replied me very rude way.he behaved in arragant way inspite admitting his mistake. Very poor customer response. This is very bad.

                    i have purchased bata hush puppi shoes on 13.11.2015 with shoe size of 8 worth Rs.3000.

                    It is not even 3 months and texture part on ankle part of shoes is getting worn off.
                    texture is slowing pealing off on its own.

                    I felt pride wearing Hush Puppi, It was very embracing when such was noticed by my superior in office.

                    Kindly guide how can i get replacement of shoes. as i had specially gone from dhrangadhra to vadodara to buy quality shoes from BATA Shop.

                        I purchase new shoes 05 july 2015 from your Bata showroom Daryaganj Delhi cost 1200/ leather shoes. They told me that there is 6 month replacement warrenty of soul of shoes. But there is a creak in soul of my right shoes in just 3 month.So therefore when I went to your showroom for replacing my shoes, but they are demanding for bill of my shoes and my bill lost by me. Sir/madam I am a costumer of BATA Shoes from my childhood, now I am in College and not able to purchase new shoes, please provide me any solution of my problem as soon as possible.

                          मैंने 10 .10.2015 को कन्नौत पैलेस के BATA के स्टोर से 1899/-cost के जूते ख़रीदे थे, लेकिन 2-3 दिन के इस्तेमाल के बाद वो ख़राब हो गए, इसके बारे में 21.10.2015 को मैं उसी स्टोर में गई जूते बदलवाने के लिए लेकिन स्टोर मैनेजेर ने यह कह कर मुझे मना कर दिया की मेरे पास जूतों का ओरिजिनल बिल नहीं है, इसके लिए मुझे ऑनलाइन शिकायत करनी पड़ेगी, इसलिए मैंने 01.12.2015 को यहाँ पर मैंने शिकायत दर्ज करवाई, शिकायत करने के 1 घंटे बाद मुझे मिस्टर नीलेश ठाकुर का कॉल आया और उन्होंने मुझे 12-15 डिजिट का 1 कोड नम्बर दिया और कहा की आप ATM मशीन में जा कर उनको कॉल करूँ और जैसे वो बोले वैसे ATM में वो कोड नंबर डालू ताकि मैंने जिस prize के जूते लिए थे वो अमाउंट मेरे बैंक अकाउंट में transfer हो जायेंगे, इसके बाद जैसे ही मैं ATM में जा कर नीलेश ठाकुर को काल किया तो उन्होंने मेरे कॉल का जवाब नहीं दिया उसके बाद नीलेश ठाकुर का दूसरे दिन मेरे पास कॉल आया की मैं अब एटीएम में जा कर उसे कॉल करूँ इसके थोड़ी देर बाद मैं, ATM गई तो नीलेश ठाकुर का मोबाइल बंद हो गया और उसके बाद मैंने बहुत बार कॉल किये लेकिन नंबर नहीं लगा और आज तक मेरी शिकायत का समाधान नहीं हुआ है, सो मेरी आपसे Request है की मेरी सहायता करे।

                            i purchased shoes by paying 2500 Rs from Bata showroom which is in Hyderabad international airport duty free shop on 6/12/2015.
                            In less than 35 days, my right leg shoe sole got cut (tore), attached photos. This shoe cut embarrassed me in my office meeting.

                            Am NRI, working in Dubai, UAE, Now i cant go back return these shoes & get refunded. Am very upset with this low quality material and expected this kind material is sold in Hyd International airport Bata showrooms.

                            Resolution: Can be refunded to my bank account.

                              I bought the above sandal if dr. Scholls in korba on 14/11/2015. Then i returned to delhi. I father was serious and in this period from 14/1/2915 to 7/1/2016, i could not use the sandal and it was in my shoe box. When i took it out on 7/1/2016, i found the sole was had rippedoff with a slit in both pieces. I immediately couriered it to my uncle at korba. The dealer refused to accept the defect and we were given just 50% refund in exchange to buy a new pair. I want 100% refund.

                                I purchased a pair of slippers at HSR layout, Bangalore. I paid the bill and in return I expect the product to be safely packed and delivered.However, the sales person denied to pack any further and asked me to take the product as is.I was shocked and I asked if that was the way you treat a customer. How on earth can I take the pair of slippers in my hand?I had a huge respect for the Bata products but the customer service at the showroom is highly unappreciated. He told me that they stopped giving any carrier bags and I was given a box and I was asked to carry them like that. Please note that the brand can only attain success if the customer feedback is on a high note.

                                  I am a regular customer of your reputed Bata brand ( since last 20 years of Bata and 8 Years of Huss Puppies ), Also share Holder from since 2002. It is a really very painful experience I have ever had from a branded company like you. My Wife have purchased One Huss Puppies shoes worth Rs 1399 INR /- from "Bata India Limited” VIVA CITY – HP, SHOP NO 36, VIVA CITY MALL, EASTERN EXP THANE MAHARASHTRA vide cash memo number "2384/1/10012016/00006 .Article number : F[protected]ED on Dated 10 January 2016 & she have taken out shoe to wear on 12th January 2016, as soon as she stepped out house She Slipped and the Shoe got Damage in such a Bad way ( please refer Photo). Is this the Quality Bata India is making ??? So went in your Store on same day and asked for replacement, for which they don’t agree. So I have return it
