Dear Sir,

i have purchased bata hush puppi shoes on 13.11.2015 with shoe size of 8 worth Rs.3000.

It is not even 3 months and texture part on ankle part of shoes is getting worn off.
texture is slowing pealing off on its own.

I felt pride wearing Hush Puppi, It was very embracing when such was noticed by my superior in office.

Kindly guide how can i get replacement of shoes. as i had specially gone from dhrangadhra to vadodara to buy quality shoes from BATA Shop.

Torn shoes within 6 months.

I sparingly use the shoes and within six months the sole has come apart. I am unable to contact the over phone seller. I relocated to Bangalore. Please help me replace my shoes.

    Respected Sir I have purchased a product from ur reputed store at GUJARAT BARODA at jayratna building now I would to exchange of my product so i go at my nearest store that manager told me today is sunday so i would not exchange a product and he talk me with loffer language to me. and told me u should not exchange this product at this store u purchase their u should have to exchange and misbehavior to me. I have also complaint my complaint registered its no.572230.

      I purchase new shoes 05 july 2015 from your Bata showroom Daryaganj Delhi cost 1200/ leather shoes. They told me that there is 6 month replacement warrenty of soul of shoes. But there is a creak in soul of my right shoes in just 3 month.So therefore when I went to your showroom for replacing my shoes, but they are demanding for bill of my shoes and my bill lost by me. Sir/madam I am a costumer of BATA Shoes from my childhood, now I am in College and not able to purchase new shoes, please provide me any solution of my problem as soon as possible.
      I will be hirely thankful to you for this.

        मैंने 10 .10.2015 को कन्नौत पैलेस के BATA के स्टोर से 1899/-cost के जूते ख़रीदे थे, लेकिन 2-3 दिन के इस्तेमाल के बाद वो ख़राब हो गए, इसके बारे में 21.10.2015 को मैं उसी स्टोर में गई जूते बदलवाने के लिए लेकिन स्टोर मैनेजेर ने यह कह कर मुझे मना कर दिया की मेरे पास जूतों का ओरिजिनल बिल नहीं है, इसके लिए मुझे ऑनलाइन शिकायत करनी पड़ेगी, इसलिए मैंने 01.12.2015 को यहाँ पर मैंने शिकायत दर्ज करवाई, शिकायत करने के 1 घंटे बाद मुझे मिस्टर नीलेश ठाकुर का कॉल आया और उन्होंने मुझे 12-15 डिजिट का 1 कोड नम्बर दिया और कहा की आप ATM मशीन में जा कर उनको कॉल करूँ और जैसे वो बोले वैसे ATM में वो कोड नंबर डालू ताकि मैंने जिस prize के जूते लिए थे वो अमाउंट मेरे बैंक अकाउंट में transfer हो जायेंगे, इसके बाद जैसे ही मैं ATM में जा कर नीलेश ठाकुर को काल किया तो उन्होंने मेरे कॉल का जवाब नहीं दिया उसके बाद नीलेश ठाकुर का दूसरे दिन मेरे पास कॉल आया की मैं अब एटीएम में जा कर उसे कॉल करूँ इसके थोड़ी देर बाद मैं, ATM गई तो नीलेश ठाकुर का मोबाइल बंद हो गया और उसके बाद मैंने बहुत बार कॉल किये लेकिन नंबर नहीं लगा और आज तक मेरी शिकायत का समाधान नहीं हुआ है, सो मेरी आपसे Request है की मेरी सहायता करे।

          Dear sir,
          i purchased shoes by paying 2500 Rs from Bata showroom which is in Hyderabad international airport duty free shop on 6/12/2015.
          In less than 35 days, my right leg shoe sole got cut (tore), attached photos. This shoe cut embarrassed me in my office meeting.

          Am NRI, working in Dubai, UAE, Now i cant go back return these shoes & get refunded. Am very upset with this low quality material and expected this kind material is sold in Hyd International airport Bata showrooms.

          Resolution: Can be refunded to my bank account.

            I bought the above sandal if dr. Scholls in korba on 14/11/2015. Then i returned to delhi. I father was serious and in this period from 14/1/2915 to 7/1/2016, i could not use the sandal and it was in my shoe box. When i took it out on 7/1/2016, i found the sole was had rippedoff with a slit in both pieces. I immediately couriered it to my uncle at korba. The dealer refused to accept the defect and we were given just 50% refund in exchange to buy a new pair. I want 100% refund.

              I purchased a pair of slippers at HSR layout, Bangalore. I paid the bill and in return I expect the product to be safely packed and delivered.However, the sales person denied to pack any further and asked me to take the product as is.I was shocked and I asked if that was the way you treat a customer. How on earth can I take the pair of slippers in my hand?I had a huge respect for the Bata products but the customer service at the showroom is highly unappreciated. He told me that they stopped giving any carrier bags and I was given a box and I was asked to carry them like that. Please note that the brand can only attain success if the customer feedback is on a high note.

                I am a regular customer of your reputed Bata brand ( since last 20 years of Bata and 8 Years of Huss Puppies ), Also share Holder from since 2002. It is a really very painful experience I have ever had from a branded company like you. My Wife have purchased One Huss Puppies shoes worth Rs 1399 INR /- from "Bata India Limited” VIVA CITY – HP, SHOP NO 36, VIVA CITY MALL, EASTERN EXP THANE MAHARASHTRA vide cash memo number "2384/1/10012016/00006 .Article number : F[protected]ED on Dated 10 January 2016 & she have taken out shoe to wear on 12th January 2016, as soon as she stepped out house She Slipped and the Shoe got Damage in such a Bad way ( please refer Photo). Is this the Quality Bata India is making ??? So went in your Store on same day and asked for replacement, for which they don’t agree. So I have return it

                    Hi i am not satisfied with your solution. i buy shoes at[protected] and with in 3 days both shoes open from sides i visit at store. i talk with manager and he ask me for leave the shoes and he said i will give for repair he said its was manufacturing fault don't worry we will repair it. after this it work for few days more then again open from same sides which they already repair once. i ask him for final solution because i have no time for visit again and again at your store so he said we we will repair i said ok last time more i can see. after repair they work few days and then again open this time i also complaint on your customer support and they give me solution for replace i was not accepting the other New shoes will be open from same side. i ask manager what is this after replace still same problem why your company making these kind of shoes why they not solving problem. again he said i can do one thing i can send for repair after repair shoe was working i was thinking now problem solved but now again same problem shoes open from same side again. you teach me good lesson i will never buy Bata Shoes again. you broke my trust . these are your words "Bata products are always manufactured with focus on comfort and durability of the product. A manufacturing or quality" Please tell me what kind of quality is this shoes only work 4 months. i pay 1399 Rupees for only 4 months working shoes. i have seating job i was using these shoes for only job 9 to 5. Bata Team if we are buying local shoes they are working more then one year at least look at your product quality which is not working more then 4 months after 3 times repair include and one time Replacement . i know i waste my money and time. Please don't cheat other peoples. i know i loose my money. it was my mistake i decide buy Bata Shoes. If your company need money Please ask for donation don't Cheat Peoples. don't play with trust and money. After Complaint 3 Times i get 50% Replacement Charges solution Complaint No – CRF552477 Complaint No. : CRF548950 Complaint No. : CRF477264 what kind of solution this after paying you 1399 your saying pay more 50%. what about my 1399 Rupees which i pay already. this not solution Bata Team think about it. after pay 1399 Inr which was only for 4 months and now you are suggestion me pay more 50% this not solution. you loose your one customer i know its not big issue but i will tell to others what kind of quality you are providing, i will post as much as i can. I was not expecting this from you Bata Shoes. Very disappointment with you product quality and services.

SUDHARSHAN SINGH, as i am your egular customer had purchased H.P Sandals, BATA INDIA LTD, No.418, 24th cross 9th main, BSK 2nd stg, Blore-70, of Rs.3499/-, with Cash Memo 12-11-15/1/0014, as the stitches had come within few days i got exchanged and took the same type of sandals as it was new model but after few days within your warranty upto 60 days again the stiches have come on left shoe, as i have wore this sandals occasionally, I am very sorry to say that i had never come across this kind of material from your Co.since my childhood days, this i have brought notice to the manager also he gave me email of yours.                       Pathetic Customer Service

                      The Bata India specially, which is based at Phoenix mall Bangalore has a very laid back staff, who does not have any interest to attend the customers. They are not even bothered even after complaining. The products are good but if the service is bad, I doubt they will survive in this competitive world.

                        I had purchased a pair of shoes from your showroom in Good Earth Mall, Gurgaon (Shop code: 03847 ) around 6 months back and the article number of the shoe is 824-6767 / 422 - 4371f. It’s hardly 6 months and I was shocked to notice a big crack in the sole of my shoes. Please find attached pic for the same. I have been a regular customer of BATA since my school time. I always insisted my father to buy me BATA shoes and it used to last at least for 2 years. And now, after 10 years the quality has really disappointed me as sole of shoe broke in just six months. I have always suggested people to buy Bata shoes for it’s unbeatable quality, but that is not standing true now. Giving such a poor quality by charging such a high amount will definitely ruin the brand value. Request you to please arrange to either the exchange my shoes at the nearest showroom or replace the sole of my shoes. Awaiting your positive response

Just look at the images of the sandles. Giving such a poor quality by paying such a high amount will definitely ruin the brand value.                             Sir, I have purchased a sports shoe from Bata India Ltd., P-1, CIT Road, Kolkata – 700054 on 25.10.2013 (Cash Memo No. 15/1/0013; Tel no.[protected] for my son for Rs. 1, 599/-. He has used it hardly for ten days but its pasting has worn off. We observed it in the second week of December, 2015 but we could not visit the shop due to his school schedule. We also had been out of station during the period from 23.12.2015 to 01.01.2016. We can produce documentary evidence in support of our visit to Rajasthan during the said period. We approached to outlet on 06.01.2016, but they have refused to give service stating that warranty period of sixty days is over. They charged Rs. 350/- for pasting, which I did not agree. Firstly, it is not expected that pasting would not work during this short period of time, at least from a reputed company. It is not known how such thing could happen in such season. If it is the condition, what will happen in the rainy season? Secondly, the outlet is so rigid to give guarantee/warranty, which we do not expect. If the shoe costs Rs. 1, 599/- how can pasting cost Rs. 350/- alone? Please do the needful at the earliest. Regards. Santanu Nandi. [protected], [protected]

                              A bad experience I have gathered. The reason I choosed Bata Product was i was looking for the durability & comfirt. & I purchased the Bata Product from the Company outlet 03/10/2015 BATA INDIA LTD 33 34 TILAK NAGAR NEW DELHI 110018 CST NO [protected] TIN NO [protected] Problem Statement 1. Product Defect The Product Get damaged within few days o[censored]se only, cracks have developed in the sole of a shoe. Pictures of the same are attached with this email. If you closely Observe the Pictures attached, you will find the developement of the crack is from the top so there is no question of mis handling of the product while use.Its Cause of Poor Quality of Material/Manufacturing. If this would have been multibrand store i would have no objection about store managers responce, but being company outlet was asking to register the complaint through net.With regret it is pointed out that more than one month has gone by after sending complaint regarding flop product of Bata slippers . Action for the same is still pending at your end. Please expedite action & mail the decision to me There I spent around 35 Mins to register my complaint & getting complaint number. [That Poor Lady("Indu": As told by Executive) was not able to generate Customer Complaint Number as server was under maintainance: So After Wating for Long Time I got my Registered Complaint Number After Investing so much of my time nothing has happened till date.                                   I had been using BATA from last 5 or more years.Till date I never encountered much problems, but the latest bata I bought, which costed me 899/- for a model of Power Brand of BATA, the stitching on the strap, started to get peeled off, as I have kind of ignored in the begining, expecting it to be a small issue, but later as per days crossed by it became bigger, where the skin got completely peeled off.. Iam kind of very much frustrated with the product, as I also use a Woodland Sandals, with which I havent faced any issues from last 2 years..I dont why I should be writing this complaint, but still hoping for a satisfactory response.

                                  Low quality product with high price

                                  I bought sandals on 1 March 2016 from BATA showroom next to forum mall kormangala, by paying Rs.1902
                                  with in just two months o[censored]sage it has wore off.

                                    Actually i got a pair of sneakers from your local shop but it got torned within a month.i just wanted to exchanged it with the new one but the store keeper is not exchanging it.please help me as soon as possible.i trust bata n buying shoes from there only but if you guys are not using the good material than i would not buy it again.exchanged my product .

                                      I bought a Dr. Scholl's footwear a year back. The bar broke in less than 10 months. When I went to the showroom from where I had purchased it, I was told that Bata does not take up any repair works. I am absolutely upset. If a R's 1700 footwear does not last even a year, there are serious quality issues. And Bata so irresponsibly washes its hands off! In fact I have been spreading this information and advising friends not to buy Dr. Scholl's stuff.
