[Resolved]  Bata India — denial to change the shoe with a smaller size

I bought a shoe of rs. 3000 on 3-sep-17 from sadar bazar, meerut branch. The size of the shoe is bigger for which i complained at the time of buying also, but the salesman said that size is only going to fit. Now when i realised that it was bigger then i went to replace the same with one size smaller, but the salesperson refused to exchange and said it was used. However, i took the same as received. Pls resolve on priority.
