But shoe has hardly been worn and it cannot be repaired. I have shown it to 2 different cobblers and both told me the lace will again get broken. I want a refund of my 1800 rupees I paid else this seems like a good case to go to consumer court and I will lodge complaints in various online forums like Twitter, Facebook and the like and I will get an article taken out in the papers as well. This is clearly a manufacturing defect in the shoe itself and it is not my fault. I spoke today on phone to Mr Arjun who manages the Promenade Mall Hush Puppies store at [protected] and he said I need to contact Bata and there is nothing he can do. I understand the shoe was bought on sale and request you to refund my money that I paid as product is literally unusable. Looking forward to a prompt action for grievance redressal. Shoe was purchased on discount but certainly not for free. I had kept it with box in my almirah from Jan 17 to April 17 and took it out in May 17. I had barely worn it maybe 5 times when the cloth hook containing the beginning laces got torn as per attached picture. Now please confirm i[censored] cannot repair it and if yes, I will try to get it repaired by a local cobbler and I will also remember to think twice before buying a sale product from Hush Puppies which is an international brand known for durability and comfort and reliability.
