[Resolved]  Bata India — Inner colour fade

Sir, I have purchased a Bata Chappal from Bata Shop at vazhuthacaud (G.P Trans Towers, Vazhuthacaud, Trivandrum ) on 19.06.2015. In the beginning there was no problem in using chappal, after one week it was seen that there was a colour fade inside chappal, below foot. It is seen that in used condition and cannot use for outside travel. Its beauty is gone out. Its cost was Rs. 699/- Since the chappal was in unused condition within one week from the date of Purchase, I demand you to replace with another one or refund the money as early as possible.
