[Resolved] Bata India — Jalsa footwear | |||||
I purchased article 854-6877 jalsa foot wear from bata on 18 may 2017 from aligrah railway road, There was a manufacturing defect in the product i. E there was a big hole in the footwear, the store manager replaced the product and gave me a new product And then i started using the new product, i only used it twice it started tearing off, completely unhappy with the quality of the product which they manufacture Just curious to know is it possible for a leather products starts tearing from the stitches in just 2 days. Then i registered one more complaint with the customer service and they advised me to visit the store nearby my house so i visited the jwala heri market and the ;store manager denied to help me out And said nothing can be done. Then i called the customer service again they had a word with the store manager and submitted the product testing The product was submitted on 3 june 2017 and i followed op with the cc numerous times either the agent who picks up the phone disconnects the phone after listening to the concern or put me on hold for a very long hold Some how i managed to have a word with one of the team lead named ashish tiwari he promised me a call back with the resolution within 24 hours i never recieved a call Also i have sent email to in-customer. [protected]@bata.com to aleast update me regarding the concern Then i had a word with team lead ashish verma which help me connecting with the gurgaon head office and told me that 'nothing can b e done ' I wanted to escalate the case to the higher level but he refused saying that there is not further level he is the last contact point, and told me this is the final resolution And bluntly told me that there is no such department which handle Consumer complaints. Hence after spending and investing money in bata product, in return i have just wasted almost 25 days still struggling to use the product, It is completely an example of customer ignorance, poor quality products and poor customer service. Raises a question on the trust which my father and grandfather had while using the bata products since ages. Annoyed with the service which they gave me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
