Bata India — Poor quality weinbrenner outdoor slip on shoes

I bought the Bata (weinbrenner model) outdoor slip on shoes from Bata Showroom at Bata Chowk, Faridabad, for my trip to USA in the month of Oct 15. Before the trip when tried on the shoes were biting my leg fingers. I took these on the recommendation of the salesperson that they would expand as time goes. First of all let me tell you these are not at all of outdoor quality. The heels are very hard and not comfortable at all during continuous wear, as there is not cushioning for heels. Also the heels of one of the shoes came off while at USA and I used a very cheap quality Rs. 300/- shoes which I am using till now. Now how does Bata explain this their high quality brand is failing as against a very cheap local brand. When shown to showroom, they have pasted the sole. But I am not still satisfied with fitting and comfort to my heels/feet.
