We purchased 2 scholls slippers from Bata in New Delhi in May, 2015 for which Bata gives a 6 month warranty. Within 2 months, both the slippers got badly damaged (cracked, slippery sole, belts slacked) We checked with our same New Delhi vendor and he straight away denied for any repairs or replacement. (Though Bata claims of 100% replacement for major manufacturing defects in its so called policy) My next action was to follow up with customer care for more than a month, after which they agreed to replace one of the slippers or at least repair it. There was still no reply from customer care for the 2nd slipper, which is severely damaged. As instructed, I submitted my slipper in a Bata showroom. Now after another month of follow up, they have conveyed that they will neither replace nor refund for both the slippers. How unprofessional behaviour We have been using Bata for years, probably since our school days, but never expected this from Bata

      I purchased a new shoes on 13.12.2015 for Rs.499/-from Bata Shoe Store, #40/9648, M.G Road, Ernakulam, Cochin, Kerala. Firstly i tried a size 6 shoes but that wasn't fit for me so the sales boy said that size 7 will be ok. He bought a size 7 shoe from the go-down but i didn't looked it carefully. When i reached home i noticed that the shoes is very dirty inside and outside. So i again went to the showroom on 24.12.2015 to meet Showroom manager to request for a replacement. But the attitude of that man really provoked me, that's why i am registering this complaint. A family friend of ours suggested me to register a complaint in the Consumer court through an Advocate, but before that i need to know what the authorities can do on this matter.Hoping for your consideration and i would appreciate your response.

        u have not paid attention on my complaint that ur TRIPOLIA BAZAR DEALER has not paid attention on my request he rejected it that a customer purchsed shoe for Rs.399/- has no value in the eyes of company or ur prodct should not be purchased I am an old man using ur shoes for the last 55yrs. I DONOT know other product i[censored] will not attend my complaint than god knows

            This is to inform you that, i have purched the shoes from your authorized showroom which is situated at avenue B, 31 sarojni nagar market New Delhi on 03.12.2015 at the cost of 999/- and after 2 days, it is found that upper layer of the both shoes is stripping from original shape(also pesting problem). I immediately contract to incharge of show room for in this regard but they are not solving the problem regarding change the damage shoes. I Request to you kindly look in to the matter and direct to concerning authority/manager of showroom to change the shoes as early as possible... Find the attached damage shoes pic & shoes bill.               I bought naturalizer sandals last year from bata showroom at connaught place, new delhi. in one year the sole of one sandal is broken into two pieces. when i spoke to customer care, they showed inability to attend as their policy handles only products when defect occurs within 60 days. i bought these sandals for rs3000/ and wore only in summer season and that too only as office formals. Strange bata is only concerned about policy. regret buying their premium product.

                I purchased Bata's shoes as on 08/11/2015 @ 1199/- with out discount and after used of 29 days i.e. till as on 07/12/2015 . On the day 07/12/2015 it damaged on toe cap side and peel of black lather film and shown white inside it . I visited to the Bata Priority Dealer R.P. Company Shop No 25 Vishvasariya Nagar Near Triveni Piliya Gopal Pura By-pass JAIPUR then after handed over on 07/12/2015 Evening and come back barefoot . Also the person Mr. Rahul gave me receiving on bill for damage shoes and till 14/12/2015 no response from the person ( Mr. Rahul ) who committed for 03 days of final conclusion but i didn't get any response on call whenever i call to him . Finally, His brother spoke to rahul and said that company has rejected because of stumble . I spoke that it doesn't happen and why is black film peel of and why is showing white after peel of & It is not genuine shoes . i didn't accept my shoes from the shopper and its kept over there . The person in billing counter (Manager?) has informed that off cannot be given as this "Off" is not seen in company billing system.                     Dear sir I have purchased a pair of shoes .The quality of shoes are not up to The Mark the upper of the shoes are made of totally different material.when I have brought this fact before local dealer he bluntly refused to listen any thing and told that there is no guarantee o[censored]pper.                         A purchase of silver coloured ladies chappals was done at the BATA STORE in Pentagon Mall, Haridwar 249403, Uttarakhand in AUGUST 2015 . This chappal has been used very infrquently & has now turned into black spotted chappal . Actually i had bought a similar pair in the 1st week of July 2015 which sadly waas stolen in our Dubai visit. On return finding the chappal to be good we bought two more pairs one for myself & one for someone else which is still unused. The pair which has been used by me has become discoloured though it is not being used very frequently. I am a regular customer at Bata & i was told by the the shopkeeper to put complaint on customer care. The Ref. No. of the chappal is 5722014 & cost is @ 499/ pair Please help in this & issue orders to the store to replace the chappal.                             Had purchased a black pair of velcro shoes from bata in the month of may. its used hardly 4 months . now the sole is out . had gone to the bata stores . they said that only online complaints r accepted as the kids are wearing shoes to school they need to be repaired over the weekend ... so now should i request to the bata services atleast look into this and get the sole fixed as soon as possible or convey a message to the nearest store to do it my contact details are...[protected]

                                I would like to lodge complaint against Bata shoe store, 7/3 Kundalhalli gate cross, opp HDFC Bank, Brookfield, Bangalore 560066. I have purchased shoes of worth 1499/- on[protected] and very next day i realized shoes became tight for me due to which i developed wound on my right foot . so today on[protected] i went to exchange the shoes, the shopkeeper (Mr. Madhu) didn't even looked at my bill, shoe and said it cant be replaced as its very rude attitude of shopkeeper towards customer and i told him i am diabetic patient. i can' not afford to have wound on my feet so he replied " Go to the hospital" which highly not acceptable from any shopkeeper. then i have spoken to customer care by Name- Vishal told him all issue he gave me reference no -523652. I would strongly recommend not to keep such people who are highly irresponsible and doesn't know how to handle complaint.

                                  I am a frequent customer of BATA. My whole family were using BATA Products.
                                  But all the products are getting damaged within few use. And the quality of the product is very poor and they are charging very high prices.
                                  I bought a Bag worth Rs 1999/-, within a weeks use its handle got damaged. I am attaching the photo for your perusal.
                                  With kids shoes, ladies chappal & mens shoes, I was facing the same issue. Unfortunately I don't have any photos to upload, as I am fed up going every time to BATA Showroom complaining to them and repairing. And the repair seems to be like done by some cobbler.
                                  As I am having lot of other works, I STOPPED BUYING FROM BATA. I have completely lost my trust in BATA.
                                  You can have look at the photo which I have uploaded and if possible help me out by refunding my money or what ever is the way to settle it.

                                    I purchased shoes on 02/11/2015, order number[protected], there was a problem with the size. I called the customer service department as soon as I received the product. They gave me some options for exchange by visiting a store as the size was no available online. But even after waiting for 2-3 days, I did not receive any mail which I had to show to the store for exchange. So, I called the store and found out that the size is not available. And when I called the customer service department again I was told that I'll be sent to some other store, which is too far. This is truly inconvenience for the customer. In between when they asked me to visit the store with the product, they sent Blue Dart Courier guy for reverse pickup on 16/11/2015. So, I called them to know what should I do, they said the request has been taken for exchange but how could I exchange the product in store if I hand over the product to the courier guy. I really got frustrated and ask the customer care executive to go for the refund then I handed over the product to Blue Dart. So, The product got picked up by Blue Dart Now, it has been more than 7 days since the pickup is done, no one is entertaining my problem and just making fake promises and asking me to wait for 24-48 hours more every time when I am calling. In the meanwhile I got a mail that the refund and exchange policy is not there on "Sale Products", but I have used coupon on the site. Still it is not my fault as the are not able to make the size available for me from last 17 days. And this size issue problem is not mentioned on their cash memo or on their site, that Bata won't refund even if its a size issue and if they don't have the required size asked by the customer then why the customer has to suffer for company's fault? And moreover no one is taking responsibility to get this problem solved. The last guy I spoke to was Mr. Sumit Singh, Sr Executive Bata Gurgaon Call Centre on 23/11/2015. He promised me to get the problem solved by 25/11/2015 Please don't buy from bata as the customer service department and their policies too are fooling the customers.

                                    I am also victim of Bata sales and service. They are fooling customer with substandard products and meaningless customer care service. Forums on internet are full of complaints but there is no one at Bata doing anything.

                                    You must write your concern on the facebook wall of Bata. They often upload their business promotions their. More and more negative reviews will may make difference some day for such company.

                                        Good Evening sir, I have purchased one pairs of sandal by using my BOI Debit Card (5264XXXXXXXX2788) for a purchase worth of Rs.299.00 in 7th November 2015, at Ultadanga 161/1, CIT ROAD, SCHEME 6M, Kolkata -700054. on 7th November 2015 reference complaint number 512983. This is one of your regular customer experienced poor quality on pair of foot wear taken. I have bought a foot wear with a discount of rs 299/- which the foot wear front sole and pasting came out with in 2 days . I purchased one foot wear of no:571-8054 BATA in Kolkata CIT Road branch on 07th November 2015. Within less than two days the upper layer has started going and looked very bad. Kindly arrange for a replacement immediately, as a matter of principle Bata should not knowingly be selling defective products. We have grownup wearing Bata products and this is the first episode of defective service in 20 years - It has left a very bad taste . I am truly greatly disappointed that my loyalty to the brand has been rewarded like this!! I hope to hear your response soon.
