[Resolved]  Bata India — refund not received

Hi bata team,

This with regard to order #[protected]Hushpuppies shoes) purchased on 8th november for rs. 2799, since the quality of the product was not good had to return, started the process of returning on 4th dec & finally article was received by bata on 11th dec via blue dart, awb tracking # is [protected].

It is almost two weeks and i have not received my refund amount. First they said they will return it to my mobikwik wallet through which payment was made by me & later they asked for by bank account with statement so that they will process it faster. I have provided all the details, but till date i have not received my money back & don't get any response to my emails.

I have raised two complaints reference # 1024581 & 1024225 and spoke with bata customer care team but no help, they will say they are refunding today & tomorrow and they are trying to offer bata coupons, which i rejected.

Pls look into this issue & refund my money asap.
