In 2016, I purchased a black shoes and a tan slipper from Bata on M G Road, Kochi. Being an old person, I do not walk very much. Further, use of slipper is very limited. The soles of the shoes crumpled in less than a year and I was given a replacement at half the price of the shoes. Recently I had to walk about a kilometer due to traffic jam and the soles of both slippers disintegrated, but the upper portion is in superb condition.
I went to the same Bata shop to get the soles of the slipper replaced on payment, but they refused to accept my slippers saying that they have no repair facility. Would you be kind enough to give me the address of a Bata shop which can replace the damaged soles.
I would like to inform you that i still have a pair of black Bata shoes which i bought in Hyderabad in 1998 . I wear the shoes even now since they are superb even now.The rubber soles of your new shoes are suspect.
