    I have brought this products from company's coimbatore authorize shop in the month of may 2018. But these products is defective with in two month of rarely use his one side is break hence i want to these products price rs. 699/- back. This big company like bata the indian have tomuch faith but after sale of products like this no one purchase products from bata brand.

      I booked a pair of sports shoes online on 14th july 2018 from www.bata.in (Which am now regretting because the after sales service is pathetic), already made the payment via credit card on that day, on 19th july 2018, i received my package but the size was not fitting so on that day itself i requested for a bigger size (Size 7) for the shoe, and i have been told that the pick up will be done within 7 days. It was supposed to be done by 25th july 2018. Funny yet harassing thing happened, i received a message on 25.07.2018 from bata that the package will be picked today (Awb[protected] at 11:15am, at 5:02pm, i received yet another message saying 'our executive ([protected]) was unable to pick your bata package, i immediately contacted the executive and he had my address wrong (He had some gujarat address whereas my address is in delhi, i mean seriously?? Bata being a good brand name, this kind of inefficient service is really intolerable.

      I am really frustrated with the management of the company, had i known this is the kind of response i am going to get i would have never booked anything online of bata.

      Today is the 16th day, that i requested for the reverse pick up and for my refund, its still not been done, whenever i call them, the only bloody answer that i get is 'sorry mam for the delay caused', they are not able to answer what is the issue behind this inordinate delay, i am really getting harassed now by bata company, which is highly shameful being the brand name that bata boasts about.

      Even the mailing system of bata is sick, they just give a reference number, which is useless, they don't even send a proper acknowledgment!

      Tell me when my issue will get resolved, and when will i get my payment back

        Hi I had purchased a Bata shoe from their showroom at DT Mega Mall, Gurgoan, in June 2018 for some rs 1300 approx. It is an extremely uncomfortable shoe. I have shoe bites at both the ankles from it. I have now worn it 4 times in the hope that if i 'break it in' it will be ok. But today even after having worn it for the 4th time its giving me a shoe bite. Previous occasions i actually had wounds from it, on both feet. i am sending pictures from today - where i have worn it only for a while and not walked around a lot - yet the bruising has started.

        One doesn't expect this from a Bata shoe at all. There is a design problem as the shoe upper i think is too high and material is hard so when the ankle bends at walking it rubs against it.

        I would like a replacement or if that's not possible due to fault in the design itself, as i have heard others also complain about this design, then a refund pl.

          I am one of your regular customer. This year by 3rd week of june, i had visited your branch/show room near mahalakshmi nagar, ch-73 to buy a new shoe as my old one purchased in 2016 is almost nearing to the end of it's life.

          Old shoe "bata model no" is 855- 6279 which they said currently not in manufacturing and advised to choose other model available with them. They recommended for another one (Bata model no:[protected] and with confident i have purchased it and used for few days. But to my surprise, it is not so comfort (Not flexible, paining in heel area, knee as well). I am not able to use it continuously and visited back two times to the show room for replacement which is not happened as i have used it for couple days.

          Now i could identify another shoe (Bata model no 6873) which more closer to my previous one.

          Request your confirmation to exchange the shoe and pay the difference in amount. As i am font of bata product, i want better solution always and i don't understand why the comfort model (Bata no:[protected] is stopped when it is customer friendly. Is there any plan of reintroducing the same.

          I need to buy new one before my old shoe is completing its life which may break any days within this week.

          Thanks for your understanding and support as always.
          Await for your confirmation so that i can go to the same show room and replace the shoe with new one.

            I have purchased bata womens slippers for my mother two months ago as per the shopkeeper said that these slippers are solid and last long for one year or more but the slippers are damaged from bottom within two months like they were made of cheap or fake material due to this my mother was so upset so i want strict action towards this thing otherwise i have to complain in consumer court for selling fake products to the customers

            I have purchased bathroom slippers for my mother 2 months ago as per the shopkeeper said that the slippers were very good and last long for 6 months but within 2 months these slipppers are damaged from bottom and these are like cheap material was uesd to make these slippers my mother was very upset due to this so i was complaining redgarding these bata women slippers

              I am an nri and i love bata shoes and sandals. When i visited india, i purchased atleast 20 pairs of flipflops for myself and my family. I find that the straps are not very strong so they broke. When i tried to look for replacement straps (Which used to be available a few years ago), they are nowhere to be found. Since the rest of the flipflop is in perfectly good shape, i do not want to throw it out. Where do i go to find replacements? Please help!!

                I am pissed with the behaviour what employees at bata has been showing towards there customers. Its regarding my order refund that i had been calling your since last 1 month. Firstly you took a lot of time getting the product picked up and now you have not issued the refund yet. This behaviour is seriously very irritating and upseting. My order is 12197257 and 12197266 has been returned to you but the refund of only one of the products has been issued. The orders were reverse picked on 09/06/18 (AWB No[protected] and 27/06/18 (AWB No[protected]. I have been calling the customer care no every 2 3 days. But the only response i get from the CS team is sir your complaint has been registered and seniors will contact you about this. But no one has not contacted me yet and i haven't recieved my money. Just the ticket no keeps on updating.

                I have bought bata shoes from Flipkart, after using 10 days the shoe has began to degrade as there is some manufacturing defect.

                Standard warranty mentioned on the product was 90 days, however when i contacted Bata shop warranty service was refused on grounds that shoes have been purchased online.

                  I have bought bata shoes from Amazon, within one month the shoe has began to degrade as there is some manufacturing defect.

                  Standard warranty mentioned on the product was 90 days, however when i contacted Bata shop at Kopar Khairne, Navi Mumbai, warranty service was refused on grounds that shoes have been purchased online.

                  Then i ask for service denial letter from the store, so that amazon can carry out repair service for the shoes purchased, store did not issue the same. Kindly look into the matter and resolve.

                    I have a very bad experience of shopping with bata. I was a loyal customer of yours but this morning i bought a pair of shoes on discount which costed me around 1750. Now when i reached home, i realised that even after wearing socks under them, i found them slippery from inside. Now when i went to exchange them to buy a product not discounted, the man on the counter is telling me that the product on discount cannot be exchanged. Since its discounted. And on the other hand the salesperson told me clearly that if any issues, i can exchange within 15 working days. Now, he is saying that he told me this for a fresh pair of clogs which i bought for my child. This is not a misunderstanding on my part and hence i need an exchange or money back. They are not ready to give me a credit note too. And this i have seen ONLY AT BATA. Very bad experience. Never buying with you again. And I need my hard earned money back in return to your worthless product.

                      It's been less than a month and the shoes I purchased have torn. this was a disappointment as I'm a regular customers and didn't expect this at all.                             I purchased a pair of wedge heels which close with a buckle on them .The shoes were bought in a Bata store in Phoenix Mall, Bangalore .When I brought the pair back home to Lucknow one of the lock's on the show was broken as well as missing .The shoe is unused since the dag of purchase I am willing to pay for the repair but the employees and the store has remain unhelpful and extremely useless

                              I have bought a pair of Shoes in near by Bata showroom and used those hardly for 10 times.i got those shoes long and i stored them without using. in this case a damage in leather is ok for me. it migh be because of continuous storage. But i have never expected the leather getting separated from sole from BATA. This is highly ridiculous and disappointing.

                                I purchased bata shoes on June, 6, 2018 from BATA showroom situated at sector 17 E Chandigarh.

                                Within just 3 days of normal use the base / SOLE of the shoes started disintegrating... To my utter surprise yesterday when i started my bike by applying kick the side portion of the heels came out... Image of Invoice along with damaged portion of shoes is enclosed .

                                I have been using BATA shoes since my childhood ... BATA was synonym of Leather shoes ..

                                i am not sure i will be assisted by BATA .However, i have a sincere suggestion to BATA team to better not make such kind of fragile shoes rather than spoiling your image ..

                                I would be one of the lost loyal customer of BATA if my issue is not resolved immediately .

                                  In 2016, I purchased a black shoes and a tan slipper from Bata on M G Road, Kochi. Being an old person, I do not walk very much. Further, use of slipper is very limited. The soles of the shoes crumpled in less than a year and I was given a replacement at half the price of the shoes. Recently I had to walk about a kilometer due to traffic jam and the soles of both slippers disintegrated, but the upper portion is in superb condition.

                                  Please help me out. I tried approaching the customer care but of no use.
                                  I have been a customer of Bata India since 5 years.

                                  Recently, I had made a purchase worth about Rs. 6000 from Bata showroom, Aluva (near Pump Junction), Kerala, which had a shoe worth Rs.3000. I just wore it once for a function and its sole started tearing.
                                  When I approached the store with the issue, they did not have satisfactory brown models for exchange and were not willing to provide a reimbursement voucher so that I could shop from a store that had a satisfactory shoe model, as Bata India is a chain with multiple outlets.

                                  Attaching the receipt of purchase as well as the condition of the shoe. I'm also attaching the bottom view to show that I have not even used the shoe more than once.
                                  Kindly provide a voucher for me to exchange the shoe and buy a shoe of similar or greater value, from any Bata/ Hush Puppies showroom in Ernakulam district.

                                    I have complaint about share holders discount coupon no s[protected] my client id[protected] name shankar g r m no [protected] so far i have not received any response from your end please look into it how is it possible that jayanagar 4th block bata showroom staff can say this above coupon is already used when it is with me if it is used how can that coupon can with me i think your staff are playing foul play with us

                                      I bought a bag from bata showroom( R.R tower, rakha wali chowk, naya mohalla, jabalpur ) on 10 March 2018 pricing 1499. Within three months o[censored]se the bag started to wear off.i ts material started to peel off ..and when we went to complaint the sales person was reluctant to listen to our complaint and kept us waiting..after much wait he asked for bill which we didn't have but they can see all the details with the mobile number in there computer system..he noted down our number but till now there is no response from bata customer care.. totally disappointed from the purchase..and customer care about..Not expected from a brand like Bata.
