Have purchase the above product on 12th jun when i received the product one was not proper size other was defective i ask them to replace however no one came to pick up for 15days then...

This is to inform you that i had purchased an umbrella from bata franchise darshan corp.in thakur complex, kandivali east mumbai 400101 and was under the impression that the product sold in bata store fulfils the quality standards but totally dissatisfied with the quality of the product and have lost a lot of respect for the bata as a brand.
The shop is reluctant to help and support so we have no choice but to complain....

I bought bata sports shoe from sai footware, 92 g-2, pratap market, new delhi - 110067 on 27.6.18
Within a month by 23.6.18 its sole got off and from same place the upper part is also getting damaged.
I retuned to the dealer on 25.6.18 more than 10 days have gone by but no relief received.
Is the quality of bata has gone down so much.
It may please be replaced on an early date.

I purchased a bata black shoe from bata shop of ml plaza, agartala, tripura in the first week of may, 2018. Later only after one month (First wee of june, 2018) it came into notice that external pigment (Black layer) are coming out from the outer surface of the shoe. Customer service in bata bangalore is going down. Showrooms especially in hsr layout 27th main and bommasandra are very bad. They don't even attend to the customers. Very reluctant to check the availability of sizes. Out ask them for a size, without even checking the say no. Generally they all are very rude. Generally most of the customers are disappointed...
