Hi, I have been your regular customer . But last time I bought a belly from your store in crown interiorz mall faridabad . Within a month the belly got torn from front and this is when I haven't used it for whole month . The quality of this product is very bad . I would request you to either exchange my product and refund my amount. Kindly look into the matter .

I purchased a pair of wedge heels which close with a buckle on them .The shoes were bought in a Bata store in Phoenix Mall, Bangalore .When I brought the pair back home to Lucknow one of the lock's on the show was broken as well as missing .The shoe is unused since the dag of purchase I am willing to pay for the repair but the employees and the store has remain unhelpful and extremely useless

I have bought a pair of Shoes in near by Bata showroom and used those hardly for 10 times.i got those shoes long and i stored them without using. in this case a damage in leather is ok for me. it migh be because of continuous storage. But i have never expected the leather getting separated from sole from BATA. This is highly ridiculous and disappointing.

I purchased bata shoes on June, 6, 2018 from BATA showroom situated at sector 17 E Chandigarh.

Within just 3 days of normal use the base / SOLE of the shoes started disintegrating... To my utter surprise yesterday when i started my bike by applying kick the side portion of the heels came out... Image of Invoice along with damaged portion of shoes is enclosed .

I have been using BATA shoes since my childhood ... BATA was synonym of Leather shoes ..

i am not sure i will be assisted by BATA .However, i have a sincere suggestion to BATA team to better not make such kind of fragile shoes rather than spoiling your image ..

I would be one of the lost loyal customer of BATA if my issue is not resolved immediately .

In 2016, I purchased a black shoes and a tan slipper from Bata on M G Road, Kochi. Being an old person, I do not walk very much. Further, use of slipper is very limited. The soles of the shoes crumpled in less than a year and I was given a replacement at half the price of the shoes. Recently I had to walk about a kilometer due to traffic jam and the soles of both slippers disintegrated, but the upper portion is in superb condition.

Please help me out. I tried approaching the customer care but of no use.
I have been a customer of Bata India since 5 years.

Recently, I had made a purchase worth about Rs. 6000 from Bata showroom, Aluva (near Pump Junction), Kerala, which had a shoe worth Rs.3000. I just wore it once for a function and its sole started tearing.
When I approached the store with the issue, they did not have satisfactory brown models for exchange and were not willing to provide a reimbursement voucher so that I could shop from a store that had a satisfactory shoe model, as Bata India is a chain with multiple outlets.

Attaching the receipt of purchase as well as the condition of the shoe. I'm also attaching the bottom view to show that I have not even used the shoe more than once.
Kindly provide a voucher for me to exchange the shoe and buy a shoe of similar or greater value, from any Bata/ Hush Puppies showroom in Ernakulam district.

I bought a bag from bata showroom( R.R tower, rakha wali chowk, naya mohalla, jabalpur ) on 10 March 2018 pricing 1499. Within three months o[censored]se the bag started to wear off.i ts material started to peel off ..and when we went to complaint the sales person was reluctant to listen to our complaint and kept us waiting..after much wait he asked for bill which we didn't have but they can see all the details with the mobile number in there computer system..he noted down our number but till now there is no response from bata customer care.. totally disappointed from the purchase..and customer care about..Not expected from a brand like Bata.

I have purchased women sandle from Malad in 19 June 2018 for Rs. 899/- with three months warranty & the seller assured me that this sandle suitable for all season but now the sandle's belt was come out, & their glue also coming out, so I want to replace my sandle asap.

The shop is reluctant to help and support so we have no choice but to complain.

I bought bata sports shoe from sai footware, 92 g-2, pratap market, new delhi - 110067 on 27.6.18
Within a month by 23.6.18 its sole got off and from same place the upper part is also getting damaged.
I retuned to the dealer on 25.6.18 more than 10 days have gone by but no relief received.
Is the quality of bata has gone down so much.

Please tell me why should we go with bata if we have to face these kind of problem, we should go with local company atleast we dont have to pay the huge price, in place of 1500 we get it in 500 to 600 each.. Please dont do such type of neglegence that we have to boycut /avoide your brand.. Please solve this problem as soon as possible and find the attached video of the shoes ..

I purchased irena shoes of naturalizer worth rs4500 from bata store connaught place. The store person asked me to but paytm voucher worth 2500 so that i get cashback of 550rs but i received only cashback of rs125 and the rest cashback of 425rs is not received. My promo code or voucher is showing continuously not applicable. The paytm persons also didnt didn't respond satisfactorily on enquiry. Kindly look into it. Encouraging customer to buy a voucher but not giving what it shows is sheet disappointment. My voucher code is v[protected]. Contact no. [protected]

I purchased a bata black shoe from bata shop of ml plaza, agartala, tripura in the first week of may, 2018. Later only after one month (First wee of june, 2018) it came into notice that external pigment (Black layer) are coming out from the outer surface of the shoe. Details about the no of shoe mentioned here.
Please do the needful in this regard as i can sustain my belief on bata, the company with which i am attached since my childhood (At least for 30 years)

But unfortunately i did not purchase anything there shop keeper cancelled my purchase but my coupon status showing already consumed because of their internal technical issues, i have spoken to bata care and they always told me wait and my request is on process. I am also facing same problem of gift code, in show room taken my money & gift code also .( some system problem, pls make cash payment )
passed 10 days i am speaking with customer care, asking me to wait 48 hours, more then 4 * 48hours went
.still I din get any reply, 2 complaint number given, my gift code Rs.1500, my complaint number is 1181171 & 1176016...not showing interest to customer..

I sent a mail to in-customer. [protected]@bata.com, but my mail was not attended, toll free number is not working also.

The shoe 824-6810 was purchased by me on 17/06/2018 from bata outlet at grand hotel, kolkata.
After wearing it for few hours, the shoe gave me severe ache as the the shape was very uncomfortable for my feet.

I went to the store, the cashier misbehaved with me stating that as i have used it once so they will not exchange it.

I really do not understand what is the point of 15days' replacement policy as you guys are saying that a shoe is used? Should i keep it in the cupboard? Only then you will replace it?

Could you please tell me what to do with this defective shoe worth 4000 rs? Do you guys think your customer’s money is nothing to you? Is the way you behave with your customer? What is the meaning of 15 days replacement policy mentioned in the invoice?

I want my shoe to be replaced as early as possible. Tell me how it can be done? Or i want a full refund.

i bought bata footwear and next day it is loosing all colour on my feets.. i am unable to wipe it off inspite of frequent wash.. please resolve this and refund my money..Due to this my mother faced alot of probloms on her skin and all skin wiped off.

My husband bought a leather sandal on 3-april-2018 worth rs. 1301 (Include tax) from bata shoe store, rashbehari avenue, kolkata. After that we travelled to bilaspur and within 3-4 days after using the sandal the upper leather peeled out. We went to bata store in bilaspur but they told to contact the customer service.in that course of time we lost the cash memo. I came back from bilaspur after 1 month n went to the rashbehari avenue branch. They gave me their address n said they cannot exchange or replace the sandal without cash memo. So, i would like to request you to kindly provide us the copy of the cash memo n request the rashbehari avenue store to do the exchange.
