[Resolved]  Bata India — salesman in bata store lied and sold the wrong product to me

I went to the bata store in diamond plaza, nagerbazar.

I was wearing a hush puppies casual brown shoe. I was looking for black. The salesman showed me the black version of my shoe because my feet is broad and other shoes didn't fit well. It costed 7999/-. I knew the pair was good because i was wearing the brown pair since last 1 year. When i tried the black shoe (Size 10) it was tight. I told him i wud need size 11. He told me hush puppies don't make size 11. Last size is size 10 and my shoe is not tight because i am wearing it for 1 year. I believed him because i didn't remember my shoe size.

I bought the black shoe and wore it right there.
The whole day i wore the shoe and my leg severely pained. There was no comfort. I came home and told my wife and she found out my shoe was size 11 and the size is clearly written on the top inner part. I don't know it as a customer but the salesman definitely knew where size is written in a hush puppies shoe, coz that is his job. However he gave me false information to sell me the shoe. Now i have a 7999/- shoe which i can't wear because it is hurting me badly.

This is disgusting for a brand like bata. Looking forward to some response.
