I have purchased bata power shoes from chouta bazar bata showroom in surat. I have purchased because of very good brand value of bata. But after using shoes from only 10 days my shoes sole got damage, when i visited the showroom i was told to get the replacement, but still i have not got any shoes and answer after 8 days, my old shoes already with showroom.

Please solve the problem or elese we can never think to rebuy bata brand items in future and also will recommend other not to buy

I purchased a bata comfit sandal blue colour for rs. 1900 on 2nd october, 2017. There is peeling problem from sometime and when i contacted the store they told it has 3 months warranty. I rarely wear that sandal. I am a regular customer and i see the quality is not up to the mark. I want a replacement. Store: s v road, kandivli west, mumbai 400067.

I purchased bata black formal shoes for men (F[protected] in september 2017 from insar bazar, panipat for rs. 1699 and i was given guarantee of 1 year. But the shoe damaged withing 6 months. I requested them to replace it then they demanded original bill. I told them that i have lost it and you please check your record and do the needful but they refused to check their record and demanded original bill only.

I am very fade up with bata promise to deliver good quality shoe but in actual delivering low quality shoe and further not replacing it.

I went to the bata store in diamond plaza, nagerbazar.

I was wearing a hush puppies casual brown shoe. I was looking for black. The salesman showed me the black version of my shoe because my feet is broad and other shoes didn't fit well. It costed 7999/-. I knew the pair was good because i was wearing the brown pair since last 1 year. When i tried the black shoe (Size 10) it was tight. I told him i wud need size 11. He told...

Am a regular customer in your company . I purchased a shoes( Hush Puppies ) from Bata Shoe store, Grand Hotel Bata (00001), code[protected] by cash Rs-7999 (Rupees seven thousand nine hundred ninety nine only) .I used these shoes carefully and maintained properly . But after one year I noticed that the sole of shoes is damaged ( photo attached herewith) .So, I requested to you kindly replace my shoes .

on 12th march 2018 i bought brown loafers from bata store in rohini city center mall. after 4, 5 days it started tearing from the front side and then i went to your store and they said we will not refund. you can exchange your product with another product. why would i do that if i dont like another products of bata.
seriously feeling cheated this time. Bad customer care service and very poor quality product.

I purchased 2 ladies chappal/walker in the month of october 2017 on 17th day for some rs.3400/- from pune mg road, i wore it hardly for 2 months & in dec, the front of the one chappal started tearing, i didnt find time to go to shop & ask for replace... After purchasing for 3400, i hardly wore it for 2 months, such a waste of money. Bata is a good brand & such things are not tolerable. My chappals are lying at home for scrap, one front tear (Cream colour) & other back sole came out (Maroon colur)
Request you to kindly make refund of the same as its not worth to spend huge money for such chappals... Attaching pic of one & transaction screenshot.

I purchased 1 pair of shoes from bata store on 20-mar-2018 with 20% discount and invoice number is cm[protected]

Twice i went to same store for exchange but store manager denied to exchange because it is discounted product and he asked raise a complaint to customer service and get complaint number than only he can exchange.

I would like to go for exchange and purchased product is in unused state, please find the attached bill and do the needful.

I purchased 3 pairs in bata foot wear.in that my shoes not comfortable after wearing one day go to outlet which is in chandanagar hyderabad, they didn’t proper response, he talk with me very rudely, even he didn’t give bill while i purchase.

Please take action on this before spread this matter in my society no one comes to purchase your bata products

Even no need to replace the item but you should know how to receive customer’s, and how to talk with them, you should learn how to talk with customers politely

I have purchased heels in november 2017. Wore 3 to 4 times and the buckle loosen up and its in the condition that i am could not wear them. I have also not kept the bill since i had the trust in bata that shoes would be fine and work a longer but it didn't. I either want you to amend it or replace it. I got the shoes while it was under discount. I would like you to resolve it as soon as possible.

I purchased one hush puppies shoes article number 854-6604
Size-7 nos, mrp - 2999 from raheja mall gurgaon, haryana in the month of oct'17. Right from day 1, it was very uncomfortable but as the time passes,, it cut the small fingure of my feet. This is re[censored]ed me to cosult the doctor and finally i decided not to use this shoes any more.
I have been very loyal customer to bata but this is really very experiance i had.
I want my money to be refunded at the earliest possible else will be bound to go to consumer court along with medical check up to claim about the compensation as well

I bought a pair of bata formal shoes from kerala for rs. 1499. I relied on the quality of bata and didn't think twice.

In few days, the sole of the shoes began to tear apart and it went completely out of order. Due to inferior quaility, the aole began to tear in pieces and fell apart.in one month, the shoes became good for nothing. Highly disappointed with the product!

I have bought formal shoes from bata showroom - opp to borivali station west
This shoes were bought 6 - 8 months before, as i was expecting new job, for which i had to keep formal shoes with me. After 6-8 months or may be 1 year (I hv lost bill) i removed it from wardrobe and in just one use, entire upper layer of shoes has come out and shoe is badly torn. I dont believe, bata sells this kind of cheap products. Shoe cost me 1699 rs and it dint even lasted for 1 day.

I have taken footwear invoice cm[protected] article code [protected] one pic for rs. 1699 from bata shoe store mp building goleghar gorakhpur up dated[protected]. Sole of the above said has been broken very soon. So please replace it with new one of the same model and value but not the same quality. Otherwise i will think for other legal options. Thanks

I have purchased above material from your shop no 10, shimpoli road kastur park borivali west.
On 27/12/2017.
It was relapsed once.
But again it is damaged in front side.
I went to your shop on 05/03/2018 at about 7 pm but your store manager refused to entertain my complaint as your system was not working. I asked him to write it on the bill so when next day i will come, if other person is there i can tell him about my earlier days visit.
Your store manager refused to give in writing and asked to come other day,
Also he said "jo bhi karna wo karo" is it training of bata india to behave with customer. When sale was going on without net connectivity why he has not entertained me.
On next day06/03/2018 i again went to your store he told that it cannot be replaced and said "appko travelling ka paisa de detahu"
Is it customer service of bata india or any other government office.
Why he at least seen the shoos earlier on 05/03/2018 matter would have not gone to next day.
As i am working some were i have to visit again by travelling through.
After my deliberation your customer complaint cell has lodged complaint no.1073047 on 06/03/2018.
Hope matter will be solved on good note.

I Swapnil, regular user of Bata products. Before 3months I purchased Bata Remo shoes (9No.)

But within 3 months its going crack on both side of shoes. Also the stitching of shoes going off.

Its very bad quality of shoes. Before 2year i purchased same quality of shoes & its very good but this time i repurchased this quality & got bad shoes.

I visited a store at rourkela odisha the behaviour of sales person was extremely rude he misbehaved, they wasn't interested in showing the shoes. He even said "lena h toh lo else jao we don't have any problem"
There was end of season sale but no discount was given on any product the billing was done offline they said online billing is not available. The shoes i purchased were old n defeated they had no new pair. These find of behaviour is not acceptable. Please look into this matter.

Its warrantey shoe, i was used bata shoes from my school days its never happen, i don't know whate can do, i need exchange my shoes, see attached photo also, don' forgot my complaints take priority wise and slave the problem in future its never happen, i am always using only bata only, i amwaiting for your response
