[Resolved] Bata India — shoe got damage under warranty

On July I had taken the shoe but after just using of 15 days, product stitch is getting open and damage started happening near by the sole and stitched portion. I need to do the exchange of the product. Plz have a look into the describe issue and do the needful asap. Already submitted the product in the store where I have purchased. Never expected in Bata show will happen like this. I have not faced such issue in other Bata shoe though I am a regular customer. Plz exchange the product as soon as possible
