I booked a pair of sports shoes online on 14th july 2018 from www.bata.in (Which am now regretting because the after sales service is pathetic), already made the payment via credit card on that day, on 19th july 2018, i received my package but the size was not fitting so on that day itself i requested for a bigger size (Size 7) for the shoe, and i have been told that the pick up will be done within 7 days. It was supposed to be done by 25th july 2018. Funny yet harassing thing happened, i received a message on 25.07.2018 from bata that the package will be picked today (Awb[protected] at 11:15am, at 5:02pm, i received yet another message saying 'our executive ([protected]) was unable to pick your bata package, i immediately contacted the executive and he had my address wrong (He had some gujarat address whereas my address is in delhi, i mean seriously?? Bata being a good brand name, this kind of inefficient service is really intolerable.
I am really frustrated with the management of the company, had i known this is the kind of response i am going to get i would have never booked anything online of bata.
Today is the 16th day, that i requested for the reverse pick up and for my refund, its still not been done, whenever i call them, the only bloody answer that i get is 'sorry mam for the delay caused', they are not able to answer what is the issue behind this inordinate delay, i am really getting harassed now by bata company, which is highly shameful being the brand name that bata boasts about.
Even the mailing system of bata is sick, they just give a reference number, which is useless, they don't even send a proper acknowledgment!
Tell me when my issue will get resolved, and when will i get my payment back
