Slippers colour faded in less than a weeks time

This is to bring to your kind attention that, i have purchased ladies slippers from your bata showroom of main market jwala heri, paschim vihar, delhi as on 29th may 2017. I have used this slippers only for 7 days and all the colour of the slippers is faded it has effected my skin as well and on the very seventh day the colour of the slippers was faded. I am using bata product for last 30 years but i have never got a worst experience like this with bata. This is such a mental harassment to me.

I have shown faded slippers to your main market jwala heri paschim vihar showroom, for which they said they cannot replace it. I have my bill with me. Store manager informed me to send the mail to customer care. Following are the details of articles (Ladies slippers) for your information.
