Dear concern,

This is to bring to your notice that, i had bought a pair of bata microban shoes for my daughter recently. I also got a discount coupon for the school in which my daughter is a student. My daughter complains about her problem in her feet that, she has developed a pain in last finger in right feet. I told thatm because of new shoes it takes sometime to get alright. But, still she has not yet recovered from that pain. I was serious to see what was the problem that my little girl was suffering from. I was examine the shoe in which right leg shoe was some what bend.
I suggest please look in to this matter and requesting you to replace the set.

    I purchased bata shoe first time but it was totally a bad experience as there was manufactrer defects in shoe after wear 3-4 time it break down, I made complained on 26th june they asked me to wait for 29th, but on 30th I asked about solution they took new complained as unable resolve with in TAT. But after 7 days I got a single reply for bill details but after that 4 days has been completed but no reply received and it has not been changed.
    but it was totally waist of my money and time in bata. Service is bad.

    Finally I have bought new shoes from another brand as can not wait for Bata and was required formal shoe.

    I am continue taking follow up since 26th June but till now 06.07.2017 I did not received solultion.

      I purchased a pair of shoes at bata chowk lucknow store on 09/06/2017 vide cashmemo no.6334 & article no.8546813.I am using same shoe for last 6 to 8 years.But this time it is creating problem.I am facing a lot of problem in walking with it.At your store I was advised to put some wet newspaper in shoes for overnight.

Being such a huge brand providing less quality products.i have purchased 1700 Worth of Shoe for my office wear, with in a 15 days sandel came out from the shoe.we went to store which in film nagar but hopeless ..kindly look in to my complaint number - 602090 2 days passed away expecting a positive response. thanks

          I have purchased a sandal from Bata Store on 07/05/2017 and after using just in 7 days sandal has been damage from front and back side. when i revisited the store then they said then can repair the product but not replace because their is no manufacturing damage. But My concern is, if product is not looks good after repairing then why should i wear that product. I have not wasted my money for wearing a damage product. I need Product Replacement or my money back. I never wear repaired products.

          Stitching is showing clearly after wearing this. Which is not acceptable for me

            In spite of complaining about non-functional set top box since yesterday evening, no technician has attended yet I after 24hours.Set Top box is failing to pass audio output as detected by TV technician.Due to which we are unable to watch TV for last six days.Payment of six days which is more than 300 hundred rupees should be returned with renumeration of six days constant sufferings for poor service

                Two weeks back back I had purchased a pair of bellies from Bata (Rmall store, Mulund West). On asking the sales person whether these would be suitable for monsoon, they said yes completely it is fine to wear these in Monsoon. But it's been only a week and the sole is all unglued. Both the soles of the bellies have come out from the front part. I had to spend such a great amount of money in buying these but the quality of ####. Bata really need to improve on its quality and also teach its sales team how to help and advise the customers. You cannot just convince a customer for your Sales and benefits. Kindly look into this at the earliest

                  I am regular customer of your bhopal new market store. I purchased earlier ladies shoe than i received massage from im-batain and last date of 9/6/2017 rs. 150 gv, but that time i am not avail this facility and i purchased shoe on 11/6/2017 vide cash memo no. 2042/1/[protected]/00179 rs. 1699/- cash memo no. 2042/1/11062017/00182 rs. Rs. 499/- both paid thru debit card inv. No. 034386 and 034389.
                  I request your desk manager mr. Suresh sharma please consider my rs. 150/- points because we are both working and purchased only on sunday and show sms that i received but he decline and ask me you purchase new item, you received sms within 2/3 days but till date i have not received. My only complaint your desk manager why assured me points sms.
                  You are requested to please consider my complaint and give me last points and bonus points new purchased. So that we collect item from your store.

                    Hi,

                    Today we went by car to bata showroom opposite to new thippasandra road (Address in subject line). I saw parking board stating "for customers only" and after some effort manager to park my car (As that road is normally crowded and revering is bit difficult). The moment we came out one mid-aged fellow came out and started shouting to my wife "saying why you have parked your care here" and it is only for customers. She showed her sign board and asked why you have put this sign board if we should not park here and on road instead. He replied saying "this parking space is only for bikers as they only came here and no one comes by car) and before we could have said anything he left from there.

                    I again went to park my car on road and my wife went inside showroom. She asked one sales person about the guy who shouted us and left. Sales an replied "he is the manager" of store. When my wife confronted by asking "customer should be your priority" then he replied "madam he is owner of this showroom". We couldn't take anymore and left instantly.

                    We are really appealed by their behavior. If he wanted us not to park their and the same could have been conveyed politely. He just shouted and left. I am not sure how a good brand can give bata franchise to such an ignorant # (Who doesn't know a thing about how to behave with customer or perhaps he was angry because rich folks don't give a damn to bata). I guess i will also do the same going forward.

                      Dear sir
                      I had bought a pair of white shoes for my kid - size 5 on june 11th and to my surprise the sole started coming out with a week. I went to the show room were i bought with the bill. The store manager acknowledge the defect and gave the replacement on higher rate than the one i bought.
                      Both the pairs look like but the price differ, i asked the store manager why should i pay the difference of the amount. Because its bata issue of supplying substandard product and should replace with no hazzle to the customer.

                        I am a regular customer for the past 15 years and using only hush
                        Puppy verities. However to my shock and surprise i had a bitter experience with a shoe 864-4718 from your show room at
                        Phoenix mall, chennai, tamil nadu.
                        I purchased some times back in october, 2016 the above shoes for rs, 2499/-.in which developed a gap between upper sole and the bottom. Therefore i could not use it and approached your show room at the said address and returned 15.06.2017. The person attending my complaint insisted for receipt and and proof which i lost long back since i never expected to keep all these under the impression that hush puppy shoes are beyond the expectation and reputed company product.

                        I therefore request you to attend this complaint amicably immediately with in 7 days from receipt of this mail failing which i may be constrained to proceed with under relevant provisions for the deficiency of services before the appropriate forum

                        I have been wearing Bata shoes since my school days and have never had a complaint.

                        But now I think the quality is not as per a 9000 Rs waterproof Hush Puppies shoe. It is rather surprising that the sole gets a hole and the rubber is cracking,

                        The rest of the sole in both shoes is perfect and has not worn out and is fine but the center of the right shoe has developed a hole.

                          I have purchased bata rainy shoes on 13/06/2017 from bata shop at m. G. Road, valsad. 396001, gujarat. I have a very bad experience of customer service from them.
                          Actually the size i have purchased found not suitable. I went back to shop on 16/06/2017 to replace with size no. 7 instead of 6. But the sales man asked that the size 7 is not available. I have checked the other design of shoes also but same way size 7 for any of the rainy shoes is not available.
                          The shop person asked me to buy the available size of shoes. How can i buy the unwanted size of shoes. I am ready to buy the correct size but they forced me to buy unwanted item as size 7 is not available.
                          They are neither providing correct size nor refunding amount.
                          I have just left the shoes and bill at shop and went away.
                          Very very bad experience with bata. Never buy bata products in the future.

                            I am writing this letter as complaint to your product. I purchased this pair of chappals in the month of april from your shop at palladium - lower parel, mumbai. Within a short time of 2months, the chappals have become very loose and uncomfortable. The fitting of the chappals is spoiled and the other day my leg slipped out of the chappal while walking and i fell down in the middle of the street.

                            I have visited the store and they have asked me to write a complaint letter to you, requesting for replacement and/or refund.

                            I hope for quick response.

                              I purchased article 854-6877 jalsa foot wear from bata on 18 may 2017 from aligrah railway road,

                              There was a manufacturing defect in the product i. E there was a big hole in the footwear, the store manager replaced the product and gave me a new product
                              And then i started using the new product, i only used it twice it started tearing off, completely unhappy with the quality of the product which they manufacture

                              Just curious to know is it possible for a leather products starts tearing from the stitches in just 2 days.

                              Then i registered one more complaint with the customer service and they advised me to visit the store nearby my house so i visited the jwala heri market and the ;store manager denied to help me out
                              And said nothing can be done.

                              Then i called the customer service again they had a word with the store manager and submitted the product testing
                              The product was submitted on 3 june 2017 and i followed op with the cc numerous times either the agent who picks up the phone disconnects the phone after listening to the concern or put me on hold for a very long hold

                              Some how i managed to have a word with one of the team lead named ashish tiwari he promised me a call back with the resolution within 24 hours i never recieved a call

                              Also i have sent email to in-customer. [protected]@bata.com to aleast update me regarding the concern

                              Then i had a word with team lead ashish verma which help me connecting with the gurgaon head office and told me that 'nothing can b e done '
                              I wanted to escalate the case to the higher level but he refused saying that there is not further level he is the last contact point, and told me this is the final resolution

                              And bluntly told me that there is no such department which handle
                              Consumer complaints.

                              Hence after spending and investing money in bata product, in return i have just wasted almost 25 days still struggling to use the product,
                              It is completely an example of customer ignorance, poor quality products and poor customer service.

                              Raises a question on the trust which my father and grandfather had while using the bata products since ages.
                              Annoyed with the service which they gave me.

                              The issue has not been resolved yet.. again so many promises made for call back and the voucher to be delevered. It more than a week after the assurance given. And more than a month the conplaint has not been taken care off .

                              The tag line of bata should be "breaking promises is in our genes" we commit and we fail" this is out motto.. seriously disgusting customer services ever..
                              Sole crack, in ten days . on 6-6-2017, 02048. request for refund or exchange .

Worth of rs.1902 but the product is not good n defective from upper sides of shoes. Kindly do the needful. It is for your kind information that i am regular customer of bata.                                   I have buy a bata shoes from bata outlet Burari, Delhi - 110084, near labour Chowk but shoes fully damage in 4 to 5 month and when i camplent in showroom then they demanding to money for repair and also demanding bill but i have missed bill and i told i have provide credit card statement from buy shoes and they are very unprofessional.

                                    Bata india is cheating the customer. Bata is providing a digital watch free in the name of back to school offer. Today i purchased school shoes for rs.1890, for me they are not ready to give the digital watches. I[censored]r advertisment is true, i[censored]r offer is valid and ur company is an genuine company your suppose to give me 2 digital watch. I am attaching my bill for ur reference.

                                      Purchased from store code 01853, odd pair, due to which not able to wear my office, maximum a 15 - 20 wears, but the sole cracked into pieces. I am keep following since dec - 2016, with bata team. My 1st complaint no: 801295, 801342, also i have sent several mails to in-customer. Service.. Very poor response & service.. I need an instant action as i am very clear that i have paid money & i need a best product..
