Sole of new Bata leather shoes cracked after just 6 month of purchase. I had purchased it at 2000 rupees from Pune Westend mall Aundh Bata showroom.
When I approached store in Pune Westend mall in Aundh, Manager said it happens ! looks like it is quite common with Bata.
I did not expect shoe replacement or refund. I asked him to replace Sole only, then he has asked to pay me 800 rupees for Sole replacement.

I do not know what to do now ?

15 days back i purchase a chappal for the cost of 500 and yesterday also purchased a chappal of 500 but till date i cant received message from bata club and points also in this regard i request you to please do needful for me and send points on my mobile number [protected] for which i thankful for it.

Dear sir i purcheas the footwear from the bata india ltd ghumarmandi ludhiana.he send me one pair 8 no and one pair 9no this is truly bad serves .today i attend the party but today i shocked saw a diffrent size of shoe
