Dear sir/madam,
I went to buy shoe from bhelupura varanasi, dated 17/02/2018, i showed them the bonus point they told me, you will get 5% discount but you will not get rs 100 redeem.
They told me if we try to redeem, it will decline
Enclosed here with the bill & redeem received in my mobile number [protected] dated 8th february.
Kindly clarify the matter.
