Bata — Product is of very bad quality

Hi, Two weeks (26-Oct-2013) back i bought a pair of Bata Remo model shoes in chennai. The shoes got torn in only a week time. I had a very good trust on bata which was totaly spoiled now. The shop has the no exchange policy so they are not ready to provide a replacement also. Bata does not provide a proper way to get a replacement or even a free repair service. Please look into this issues to avoid further customer disappointments. Regards, Naren
