Dear team Today again i have wrote on bbdaily charno about my issue of refund not initiated for non delivered milk item on 28th march,. I have raise issue at morning 08:50 am but i got a reply after 2 hours at 10:40 am and that reply is having wrong observation. Just tell me how could any body kept online for around 2 hours for getting reply from you guys. Now i am under this deep impression that your have not any concern for your customer like me who is using bbdaily for more than 2 year. In last few days i am being forces by you people to stop using your app. I have many time talked with your executive over all medium is but not getting proper answer for my quieres. Now i writing this last time and after that i will never use either big basket and bbdaily in my life. Already in your app it is showing that you can deliver milk but at last moment i did not got product and always in app. Status of products is showing as "to be delivered". Every time i have to call or chat with your executive. Bit today i placed message on chat but getting no revert after 3 hours. Also i called several times but call only connected once which is also disconnected by your executive. Now i am pissed of with your # service. Currently i have around 1500 rs in bbdaily wallet and i want all of that money back into my paytm wallet (Initial source of recharge). I will never use your service and also recommend my friend and colleagues to not use this pathetic service Expecting my money back asap other wise i have to report it tk consumer court.
