Be10x — Loan not refunding

I joined course from July'26 through giving EMI to Be10x through North Arc Capital Ltd.
Since Be10x has not given me login and LMS for that course, I approached Be10x to refund my EMI and cancel my course.
Be10x told I have enrolled to another institute SpringPad .I approached SpringPad to cancel course and refund my EMI's. SpringPad told me to produce bankstatements for money paid to Norther Arc Captital. After that SpringPad told me to produce UTR No. When I approached North Arc Capital to provide me UTR . Latter Norther Arc told me process the loan cancellation, you need to contact the institution and request them to cancel the course.Once the course is successfully cancelled, the institution will refund the disbursed loan amount to Northern Arc Capital Limited.After the refund is completed, and asked meto share the UTR number, date of disbursement, and bank account details of the transaction with us for our reference. Then Norther Arc will refund me.
Now I am struck up this Be10x fraud
