Be10x — No Proper response Refund request

I have recently enrolled with course with be10x and paid in full of 30748 rupees . the course in scheduled to start on 07 Nov. However, due to a medical emergency i requested a refund. the response i am getting is not good ...now i feel like i am got scammed.
