I attended a Be10x introductory workshop after which I was pressured during the live session to pay a booking fee of Rs. 2, 596 for their AI Career Accelerator Inner Circle program (priced at Rs. 28, 600 + GST). The session used high-pressure tactics including a fake "30 seats only" countdown and an artificially inflated original price of Rs. 3, 96, 500 to push attendees into making an immediate payment.
I decided not to proceed with the course and have not accessed any course materials or received any login credentials. I emailed [protected]@be10x.com on 17th May 2026 requesting a full refund since the service has not been rendered. I have received no satisfactory response.
I am requesting a full refund of Rs. 2, 596 to my original payment method. Be10x's sales practices involve misleading advertisements, fake urgency, and bait-and-switch tactics, which are violations of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
