[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — act fibernet activation not done | |
My account id is[protected]. I have raised a shifting request on 8th Aug 2019, and promised that it will take 3 to 7 days for this.. It's almost 10 days and still activation is not done yet.. Fiber connection box fitting and Internet connection are done but still no activation. I called to customer care and the call center is always busy.. I have called so many times to the person who gave connection to us, he even not lifting my call. I have paid pe paid amount upto 6 months when we requested for a new connection. Still don't know about how to proceed if I don't want this type of brondband connection if it not resolved today I want my money back and close this connection Thanks, Lakshmi Was this information helpful? | |
