[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — act fibernet installation is not done even after paying for 7498 rs and 6 days are gone

I jave laid for 6 months services and for wifi router on 15 march and the sales person told the connection would be there in 2 days and now it's 21 march and till today there is no installation. They are really not doing anything. After i raised the complaint. They have automatically closed the sr and said problem. Resolved which i had to reopen again.
