ACT Fibernet — act fibernet new installation and unprofessional customer service and false commitment | |||
Hi, i am new customer of act fibernet where i was promised with false commitment for sooner installation in this lockdown situation and insisted me to pay the full amount and done the payment on 21 march 2020. But it’s been a week as we are working from and couldn’t go to office since there is lockdown we are requesting for sooner installation but no one is responding even after the escalation (No reply also). Everyday they sending a message that installation will be delayed by 2 weeks but the days are not getting minused. Every new messages the days will counted one that day, the previous days are not in count. If 2 weeks from everyday will lead to months together to get the installation done and there is no way to contact them as they very unprofessional telling that to refund the money as this will take 15 days and other sources of internet providers are will take another couple of weeks hence i am loosing hope to get the installation. And the salesman who insisted and given false commitment is switched off his phone and blocked us on his mobile. Hence there no proper solution or response to mails, messages, escalation. I didn’t get any ways to resolv this and get the help. I also lost all these days i don’t want refund i want the connection as i won’t get immediat connection from other sources which is required to work from home in this tough time. I believe government is providing facilities and giving passes at least they can ask the engineers to work on installation with this help but they are not even responding to customers.
