ACT Fibernet — broadband/hiding the details of feasibility and facilitating installation and collected payment | |||
I enquired for a broadband connection they said the fesibility avail in my location and promissed to provied connection. They received 6month advance payment rs.7427/-. While on installation they said they dont have an hub in my location. For that i have to provide the space for installing the hub unfortunately we cant able to provide the space because its rental house need to take a permission form the land lord they regret to give the connection. Their hub can able provide only 6 connections. Before they receive the payment they cant explain on instruct anything about this while they face every 6th customer have to face the problem. After happening everything i questioned the executive but he not accept his mistake and continuously do arguments. Was this information helpful? | |||
