[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — complaint not resolved since 1 month | |||||
I have raised a request on nov 10th with the below mentioned. But still it's not solved and they contacted only few days and go and says it's customer duty to follow up with upstream provider as update by their customer care executive mr. Prabhu. Dear act support, I'm unable to telnet to 12.0.1.28 (Route-server. Cbbtier3. Att.net) from act broadband [whcih is free route server for finding the bgp route advertisements, tracpath etc ].
