I am an act user for more than 2years and from last year i have been facing repeated issues with the connection, almost every weekend i have logged a complaint, act field team comes on monday (By that time the issue gets resolved) and asks me to check the connection status and closes the request, none of your team managers responds in a better way and gives a call back and looks into the issue seriously, recently i have raised a request for relocation of my connection i. E, on 5th of november and informed team that i will available in the new address after 15th and asked them to do the other process, inspite of me following up with the team repeatedly, no one has contacted me and on 17th when i have called for update, they were very rude and told it will take more 2days of time to get it shifted, i am seriously fed up with the kind of support and requested for cancellation due to this kind of service and unfortunately even that is not being cared, this is my account number for act[protected], you can see the number of tickets i have raised and the people worked on those tickets, hope you look into this seriously and make the customer support or act better.
