ACT Fibernet — customer care and reconnection issue | |
Hi, im a act fibernet user since 5+ years. Recently i dractivated my conection for 3 months. Now i want to re activate my connection. I tried calling to customer team, theres no response from their side. I literally called like 100 time, everytime i called eaither they tell ti wait for the care executive or else busy. Got frustrated by your service. There should be minimum responsibility to note our problems with your service. And there is no option for reconnection in the act portal page.
