ACT Fibernet — didn't receive my order

I have ordered a WiFi router from these people and it's been more than two weeks and I have not received it.

This is really the worst service.

And one of my friends have raised a request for new connection and he got it within one day.

So it's clearly visible that they just want new customers and will Never care about the existing ones.

Never experienced this kind of a service

if you are not able to service your customers just shut down the company or say it clearly, atleast we could find an alternative.
