[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — disconnecting the service | |||
Hi i tried reaching act from days to stop my internet connectivity please note that my account id is[protected] all i am looking for is disconnecting the present service as i am relocating i tried reaching act several time but didn't get any response after coming to this forum what i saw is all similar complaint people are facing because of act i know you are waiting to generate the next bill cycle but please note that i tried connecting with these people several time but what i found is they have the worst customer support please note i am not gonna pay for the coming month even though if you generate the bill cycle please act contact me i saw your representative replying in this forum Was this information helpful? | |||

I have paid on 10/06/2019 through online but there was no response from the service. I have been requesting the customer care everyday but no action were taken.
