[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — disconnection/cancellation of broadband connection

It been more than a week we are not getting internet in my house (Kadugodi, bangalore). This type of issue i faced so many times. So that i go for
Disconnection/cancellation of services on 16 sep 2018, but till now act didn't disconnect. Cancel my services. My user id is[protected] and the connection name of "ashis kumar mallick". Please cancel my connection as soon as possible.

Updated by Ashisk If my connection not cancel/disconnected today .then I will not going to pay any kind of bill from next month onwards, worst service provider I ever seen.cancel my connection asap.
