[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — horrible and unreliable internet service by act consumer name vijay surendran | |||
I am subscriber to this internet service provider for the past three months.. I paid roughly 3700 odd ruppes for 3 months promo plan.. Or something.. I regret the decision till this day i made to go with act.. Its the most unreliable isp i have ever come across.. And the so called 'technicians' working for this company are the worst of the lot.. They are the first ever 'technician' in the world to say that configuring internet via router ie configuring wifi network name and password can cause wifi disruption.. And asked me to only configure via act fibernet selfcare portal which is the most unsecure way in my opinion.. And i find myself asking the 'technician' how about those who bought their own router.. He bumbled like a stupid fellow I have been facing wifi disruptions since the day one i signed up for this service.. With 30 odd tickets raised for the issue.. Still no end in sight... If ppl from act are looking at this complain please help me or i will have to leave your service and do a bit of bad publicity to your service in social media.. I do not have fb but i will create an fb login if i have to.. Just for you guys ;) Was this information helpful? | |||
