I paid 3800 for new installation of new connection from act broadband. First 2 days they told box is full need to put new box it will take 7 days. Now its already 15 days still i dint get any connections or updates what is happening. I called 5 times to customer care and raised ticket with high priority.
I have not received any connection or updates till now. I have not seen this much of worst services.

Sir, yesterday during heavy rain, i lost the wifi connection and while i tried morning for connection, i am getting message as internet not connected. And some times it is showing ur WAN is unplugged.
